From when we arrived to when we left, every single staff member we met was so warming and genuinely wanted you to have an unforgettable experience, they were attentive but not overpowering. I dined with my parents, I had a dietary requirement of gluten free which was accepted with no problem and I felt that I had exactly the same dining experience as my parents. The food was absolutely delicious, every bite felt like it was made with care and attention and the cocktail menu is vast and carefully considered. The sashimi was like butter melting on your tongue. When we thought it couldn't get any better, the desert platter arrived and it was delicious. We spent 3 hours in total at the restaurant and it was the quickest 3 hours. Our seating was positioned in an cave style setting with a large tree in the middle. It made for a private setting but not too intimidating. Would definitely return for this experience in the future. Keep up the fantastic work.

8/10Fantastic food which will make us come back. A little is missing in the presentation of the menu while it is being served. We were seated in a strange corner which pulls down the atmosphere quite a lot.

5/10Food was not as you would expect from an establishment such us this. Edamame were overcooked, Toro was not good, miso cod also overcooked and flavours were not delicately balanced. There were also some misses in the service: sake not iced, getting annoyed when asked to replenish ice and overpouring drinks... although overall they were nice.

10/10The restaurant was booked to celebrate a Wedding Anniversary, and as a result was looking for somewhere special, we could not have made a better choice. From the moment we entered Yakuza to the moment we left, the customer service, and attention to detail was amazing. Restaurant manager Jose Manuel and his team could not have looked after us better. We weren’t familiar with the menu, but Jose took the time to go through the menu with us, and offer suggestions……all of which were delicious. Well done! and thank you for making the meal memorable for all the right reasons, we will definitely be coming back.

9/10This is actually a very good sushi restaurant in Tenerife. Unlike almost everywhere else, they have a selection of more than three types of fish and it's super fresh. The sashimi is standard but the sushi was genuinely imaginative. We live between London and the island: this was London quality although one has to admit, verging on London prices too. A great addition to a fairly inauspicious line-up. Although to be fair San Ho up the road is also pretty good. But that's it...

6.5/10Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tasting of sake : they served it warm to taste but we would drink it cold so difficult to taste then. It’s better to ask in the beginning whether we will drink it cold or warm and then do the tasting in that way. Food : gyoza was not good (dry like carton), tataki of tuna was tasteless, sashimi was good except the quality of the salmon and the sushi was good. Overall : we expected more. Quality of food must be better as well as presentation.
