The salmon was very fresh! The service was not good though, neither the ambiance. There was a young lady which was tired and unhappy. She immediately came to tell us that there would be no discount no matter what was announced on the site of fork. The only nice person was an elder lady who was the only smiling person.

Nice authentic sushi restaurant. No crazy super fancy rolls, just real Japanese food. The quality is excellent. The service was nice. Conviently located. Will go back there in a heart beat.

They offered a wide variety of sushi. The service was fast and the sushi was really really good. The prices (beer and wine included) were very reasonable. The restaurant filled up pretty quickly so I suggest a reservation for larger parties although it is a good sized restaurant. The server we had could speak English so we could make my husband's allergies known. All in all a lovely evening with excellent food.

I really like Yamato. The sushi is really good and there are many sugestions in the menu. I recomend the Gyoza - delicious - and the sushi of course!

The team wasn’t welcoming nor smiling. The food is okay, not the best sushi we have ever tasted. We didn’t enjoy the whole experience, i wouldn’t recommend it.

The service is long and not very friendly. We waited 40 minutes for a few sushi and when we asked why it was so long, we were told that because we did not order any starters, we had to wait until the other tables had their startes served (strange...) What looked like the manager, rolled her eyes at us as well.

Perfect plan if you are a sushi lover. The service is quick and kind. The thing ambiance is lovely and cosy. Finally, the location is perfect as is near to the train Station Part Dieu.
