The food was amazing, a very good combination of classical chinese flavours and some more French ones. The aubergines are special!

We ordered the Peking duck which is the restaurant's "plat de résistance". The duck is very well marinated so the skin is crispy and very tasty. The duck meat is on the lean side so for me it's a little bit dry for lack of fat but my French companion thinks it's fine as French palate prefer lean meat. The sauce was good but the pan cake a bit on the dry side. However, the duck consommé at the end was excellent! The service is correct but the 3 waitresses seem more occupied with chatting among themselves rather than be more attentive to the customers. Considering we were alone for most of the evening (1 more person came in after us), a more attentive attitude would vastly improve the dining experience. Also, 2 of the waitresses speak very little French so it will be a challenge to satisfy demanding customers.
