2/10The experience was horrible actually. We read other reviews saying that the food came late and a bit cold but still we wanted to try. We ordered 6 starters and 6 types of sushi, the sushi came first missing 3 types, and 1 type was wrong (they tried to make us look stupid just for saying that they got it wrong or talking about ingredients, the starters were so cold, the shrimps could break the window if you throw them, the chicken was so cold as if it was cooked a day before, and we asked about it they tried to play smart saying that it's next to the window and the food gets cold fast (there were 2 other tables only), they asked if we want them to heat it in the microwave... and that made me think that they might have warmed our plates in the microwave 😅... they were super slow and didn't understand or knew how to communicate properly. Anyways, we tried to speak the manager for a type of discount or something, they totally ignored as if nothing happened... In conclusion, HORRIBLE EXP..

2.5/10I rarely leave a review where things are this bad, but the experience I had at Yoüme was the most frustrating of all. Bad service, poor food quality, and the presentation was even worse. They delivered our order to the table next to us and didn’t even notice when the people at the other table complained. We had to take the food from their table and apologize. The sashimi was super thick when it was supposed to be thin. Honestly, paying 44 euros for this experience was the worst money I’ve ever spent. I do not recommend it.
