2.5/10Terrible place. Do not go here. We both ordered curry (green and massaman) and they were dripping with grease and tasted like pure fat. More than half of the beef in the massaman curry was just chunks of fat instead of meat. The sticky rice even had hard, unpleasant bits in it. This has nothing to do with real Thai food. On top of that, the pricing was off. We paid around €18 per dish and the rice wasn’t included. We had to pay an extra €5 per portion of rice. That should be part of the dish, shouldn't it?! The service was just as bad. They spoke barely any English and couldn’t understand even the most basic things. When we wanted to pay, the waiter first started clearing our table while we were clearly waiting and hadn’t even finished our food — a clear sign we just wanted to leave.. Total disappointment.

It was the little things that just didn’t happen - impatience - incorrect order taken - request for a drink/ salt or bill had to be requested twice Just terrible - but the food was decent so if they get the service right yum yum Could be good

Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Good sized portions and arrived quickly too. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back on our next holiday!

10/10We have eaten in many Thai restaurants across the world and in Thailand, however the food a Yum Yum is exquisite and the staff friendly and courteous. We went 3 times in the fortnight we were in Adaje it's that good.

I booked a table, showed my booking . It was not in their book but they decided that another booking was mine ( wrong name & time ) so we were showed to the reserved table& given menus . No one came to get a drink order for 20 mins then we were told the table was ours and asked to move . The restaurant wasn’t busy as 6.30pm we were then left for another 10/14 mins before anyone came to take our order. In the meantime the couple that had our table were served . Once served we asked the waitress via her translator ( on apple iPhone ) if the prawns had shells on … she said no only he head. Once the prawns arrived they had shells on Meal was v nice food always good here but service v poor this time & the restaurant wasn’t v busy

5.5/10Service was terrible booked for 7.15 pm got main course at 8.45, no apology nothing. We were eating our starter for 5 minutes and main course in 10 minutes and we were there for 2 hours.

2/10Didn’t eat here. Arrived no record of our booking. Massive queue outside eventually stuck us in a table down a corridor all on our own so walked out. Spoke to several people who had given up waiting for food and left. Never again. Big restaurant no staff just beyond awful

Although we booked online last minute, it did seem to fluster the staff as we weren't officially on their books. It seemed chaotic as to whether they should actually allow us in or not. We eventually got taken to a table, orders taken within 20 mins of sitting down. The service was slow as it only appeared that two members of staff were allowed to take orders and handle the billing. There were at least 4 other members of staff taking food orders/drinks to tables and clearing. There were walk ins so busy. The service is slow due to customers are waiting for their orders to be taken, then waiting on their orders. We saw a couple give up after only having their starters and left paying for what they had eaten/drank. We saw customers chasing with the staff for their food. Although apologetic, this does detract from the whole dining experience. The food was really tasty and cooked perfectly.

2/10After reading some poor reviews we decided to give it a chance as often people who enjoy the food don’t comment, how wrong could we be! We booked on line, were shown to our table but 25 mins later we were still waiting for a drinks order to be taken, never mind the food order. As it didn’t look as though our order would be taken any time soon we decided to leave. The fact we hadn’t even ordered drinks made it easier for us to leave. Such as shame as we had a lovely very meal this time last year and had been really looking forward to our visit .

4/10Quick to be seated and have order taken, but we booked an early table so wasn't busy on arrival. Had drink orders taken, wrong drinks arrived. The food looked lovely and fresh, but shrimps were mushy, so couldn't eat as felt they weren't cooked properly. Had a beef salad and the beef looked boiled, no sear on whatsoever. The food didn't taste authentic Thai, was very sweet in comparison to any other Thai restaurant we have been to. After recieveing food, noone came to check if food was OK, or if we wanted more drinks. Had to wait around 20 minutes to get someone's attention to get the bill as all the staff were just rushed off their feet. They were too busy to give good service. Tables around us were asking where their food/drinks were after waiting a long time. Overall not a great experience, didn't taste like authentic Thai food and wouldn't bother if you want polite, friendly service.

4/10As a regular to yum yum I already know that the service has much room for improvement. On this visit we actually left without eating because the service was terrible. The staff were rude making no effort to take an order for drinks and left us sat waiting for 30 minutes. It was noticeable that the manageress was not present. Such a shame about the service here because the food is good. The staff need some customer service training and a reminder that they think poor service is acceptable because the restaurant caters for tourists.

Lovely Thai food, we had 4 meals , 3 delicious, 1 very odd?, wouldn’t recommend the drunken noodles. But loved our other 3 meals, lamb massaman, chicken yellow curry and chicken stir fry with cashew nuts all delicious. Would recommend this place.

8/10We didn’t end up eating there as they didn’t serve Thai until 6:30pm and we didn’t fancy sushi. I’m sure we missed that in the restaurant description but thought it might help others when booking. The waiter was lovely and the ambiance was great. Genuinely disappointed that we weren’t able to eat there.

5/10I visited this restaurant the same time last year and it was a fantastic experience. It wasn’t the case this visit. Service was slow and disorganised and we weren’t the only table that experienced delays to their food. Some had to wait longer than us. Food was ok and tasty but we had to ask for our starters after a 45 min wait. Main course was quicker but still a significant break between the courses. Such a shame as this restaurant really impressed me a year ago.
