Super excited & hopeful and then extremely disappointed. Made reservations for 19:00 for my birthday dinner to try a restaurant in my new neighborhood (I just moved). I was immediately greeted and seated and then waited 15 minutes to place my drink order after having to "flag down" a server. The manager stopped by to apologize for the wait. I then had to ask twice for the dinner menu and again, flag down another server to place the dinner order. At 20:00, I was still waiting for my order and asked yet another server (3rd one) how much longer it would be until the food was ready, to which he replied, the order was never entered. Needless to say, it was not the leuk & "gezellig" birthday dinner I had hoped for. Then I got up and left the restaurant. Beautiful restaurant, but service is terrible. I have no comment to the food as I never received any.

Not a restaurant to go for, if you’re hungry. It took half an hour to receive the menu. Food is excellent and Instagram worthy. However, service is very slow and inattentive. Which is a shame, could have been so much better…

There is a huge mismatch between the ambiance of the restaurant, the quality of the food and the service. Ambiance was very nice, quality of the food was good (probably just spoiled after living in Singapore for 10 years) but the service was non existing. One Asian waiter did not know anything about the menu or the content thereof, while another waiter spilled half an ice bucket on the table and my wife without apologizing. The differrent courses was merely put on the table without explanation, so unprofessional for the price you pay! We booked this as a wedding anniversary dinner, but no acknowledgement was given by the restaurant. Had this celebration last year at The Oriental Swan, where Yumisan can learn a lot as far as service is concerned.

Sushi and Asian fusion brought to another level. Exquisite concoction of tastes. The dishes are all beautifully presented. Friendly, attentive service without the fuss.

Fantastic evening - a lovely restaurant with amazing food and very friendly service. We were visiting the area for our wedding anniversary and will definitely go back again !

Excellent, probably the best Asian Fusion restaurant in the NL!! Beautiful atmosphere and detailed decor. We will be repeating...many times!
