10/10Wonderful ambience, friendly and professional staff and service. Excellent authentic african food. it was My wife's birthday, they came up on the spur of the moment with a birthday cake and song - memorable family time. Thanks Zanzibar Lounge Bar and African Cuisine!

5/10The food was good, but the rice was dry. The service was pretty bad as the server never came back to give me the bill. I think it was because a huge party came through the door and given the space of the restaurant they were trying to accommodate as best as possible. Eventually I just had to go to the bar to pay for my check.

10/10I've dined at this restaurant for the third time, and each visit has been consistently delightful. The cuisine is outstanding, consistently featuruing fresh dishes from their spotless kitchen. The hospitality is top-notch, with some of the friendliest and most attentive hosts and servers. What sets this place apart is the humble owner, personally ensuring diners have a positive experience. As a non-meat eater, I always opt for the grilled whole daurade, and it never fails to impress with its delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked preparation. I wholeheartly recommend this restaurant.

8/10It's a nice restaurant with a good outdoor sitting. They had good main dishes but i got a vegetarian dish which was only beans and rice for 22 CHF!!

10/10One of our go-to spots in Geneva with a nice mix of east African cuisine in a relaxed lounge type atmosphere. Service is on the slow side and food on the expensive side but it fits with the ambiance and is worth the wait.

10/10The concept is very well brought together by Mr Omondi. The food is authentic, beautifully prepared and the service is second to none. The staff always smiling and could not be more helpful. Keep it up and Asante Sana, as they say in Swahili.

10/10The overall experience was awesome. All the staff were very attentive and friendly, making guests feel welcome, creating a homely atmosphere. The food was simply excellent and definitely brings the flavours of East African food to Geneva. Don't forget to order the Samosas & Masala Chips. Will be returning back multiple times.

10/10I cannot reccomend Zanzibar enough. It is a fantatstic restaurant. The food, the wonderful staff and the atmosphere are just the best. I lived in Kenya for many happy years and this place reminds me of my second home! I espcially recommend the seafood platter, the lamb cutlets, the poulet yassa and of course the Tusker beer!

8/10My second time at this restaurant and overall the service was good but the food took way too long to come out. There is a lot of emphasis on service generally, however, I found that we were not informed that our order was taking a bit longer (for whatever reason) hence my 1-star deduction.
