10/10Exceptional experience in Cefalu. Place, atmosphere and dinner close to perfection. Unexpected and original creations, flavours and textures. Special thanks to their sommelier too. We highly recommend.

10/10The staff was very attentive. We ordered from the ala carte menu. Our meal was well presented and prepared. They selected a very nice wine that went with the variety of dishes we chose. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It would be a nice place for a date. We will go back to try some of the other yummy looking dishes.

10/10We had such a great dinner at Zayt — honestly one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. We went with the tasting menu and wine pairings, and everything from start to finish was incredible. Every dish was so well thought out, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. The wine pairings were spot-on too — they really brought out the best in each course. What made it even better was how welcoming the staff were, especially since we had our kids with us. Sometimes fine dining with children can feel awkward, but not here. The team at Zayt were warm, accommodating, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time — including the little ones. It was such a memorable experience — amazing food, great wine, and genuinely kind service. We’ll definitely recommend it!

9.5/10The start of our experience was promising with delicious amuses. Unfortunately, the first course was a bit disappointing compared to the later dishes, which is a shame because you like to start with a strong impression. Nevertheless, this restaurant is an excellent choice all round, especially compared to other restaurants in the region. The price-quality ratio is also certainly good. Although the restaurant does not currently deserve a Michelin star, a mention in the guide could well be feasible. For star level, there were still some shortcomings: the food was good but not yet exceptional, the tableware was not completely clean at one course, the toilets are located in an annex in the basement, and the appearance of the restaurant still feels a bit incomplete and new. All in all, this restaurant is promising with a lot of potential and definitely worth a visit.

10/10I had the pleasure of dining at ZAYT this evening, and everything was exceptional! From the warm and attentive staff to the absolutely delicious, Michelin-star quality food, every detail was perfect. The atmosphere and ambiance created a fantastic dining experience that I won’t forget. I can’t wait to visit again and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting or living in the area. If you’re in Cefalu ZAYT is a must-visit—truly a hidden gem!

+2We had a very enjoyable dinner at ZAYT. The booking was re-confirmed on the day which was helpful. We were welcomed very warmly on arrival. The restaurant is spacious and light with generously sized tables. We had the shorter 4 course tasting menu with accompanying wine flight. In addition to the 4 courses there were 4 amuse-bouche; delicious bread, grissini and focaccia; a refreshing pre-desert; and 4 wonderful petit four. The food was all beautifully presented and very tasty. The accompanying wine flight was excellent and very interesting. The service was excellent, warm and friendly but not intrusive. All in all, a great restaurant and we felt very good value for the meal that we had.

10/10It was everything we could have imagined and more! They honored our accommodation request for seating and it was to such a beautiful sunset enjoying the calm breeze in a private area. The food and service was also amazing, taking us through a modern delicious journey of Sicily. We loved every minute of it and it made our anniversary so special. 1000% recommend, hope to come back soon!
