10/10My wife and I had an INCREDIBLE meal here. The kitchen made minor adjustments to make a dish gluten-free, and our servers had great recommendations. We had a wonderful 3 hour dinner at Ze Fork - and we'll be back upon our next visit to the region.

Né durant l'été 2014, il a pour géniteurs Jean Bodivit à l'accueil et comme chef Matthias Ugolini. UN CONCEPT QUI FAIT PARLER DE LUI – Ze Fork reprend le concept de la trilogie qui a fait le succès de la Station des Sens. Chaque plat propose trois interprétations autour du même produit, comme le foie gras, ou du même thème comme la ferme ou le potager. CÔTÉ VINS – La carte met en avant des viticulteurs de Suisse et de France avec un bon nombre de vins de qualité disponibles au verre. Ze Fork, c'est aussi une superbe terrasse avec vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes.
