excellent gf food. Best gf bread ever. And very good house white (falanghina?). small, informal, but worked for us.

the food was super good for gluten free, the prices are above the Napoli Avarage but you will not regret paying for it. If you search for pizza this is not the place for you.

It is great to find a place that is fully gluten and dairy free. So many options I could enjoy …even desert which never happens.

Always nice to have broad selection of gluten free items for a family with two celiac teens. The bread, pasta and fried shrimp/calamari were fantastic.

The staff was so nice and welcoming. Food was really good, and 8t was a relief to find a wholly gluten free restaurant. It was a worry free, delicious meal. They also sell gf pasta!

This restaurant is completely gluten free but even a regular diner will find the menu interesting and delicious. The wine list changes constantly and is well thought out. The service is friendly and attentive. Reservations are highly recommended and need to be made 1-2 days out.

We really enjoyed our meal at Zero Zero Grano. The hostess was very welcoming and the food was delicious! This is a very small and intimate restaurant and we had a lovely relaxing dinner. My husband who is not celiac enjoyed his meal too. My gnocchi dish was tasty and had a light sauce. Many GF desserts to choose from as well.

We were delighted to find this gluten free restaurant. I had the fish from the grill and it was delicious while my partner had the delicious pasta special.

Traveling as a gluten free person can be tough. This was a gem to find in Napoli! The entire menu is gluten free. The arancini, bruschetta, and the pasta were SO good, and the staff were all very friendly. My only critique would be that they had issues with their card reader. They were running it off of wifi and the connection was poor, which almost made my partner have to run to the ATM when the card reader wasn’t working. They reset the router and it eventually worked.

This place is crazy good...! If you've got Coeliac or Gluten Free requirements, the food in Zero Zero Grano is out of this world good. This is by far the best meal we've had while in Italy so far. The service is fast, polite, and accommodating. We were not hassled to finish up and leave our table even though the que outside was clearly visible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BOOKING as from the moment we arived (we booked), there were people coming in asking for tables, waiting outside, etc... It's extremely popular. The food was lovely and the fact our diner, who is Coeliac, could try EVERYTHING we ordered made the experience even more satisfying. We had: Squid Suckling Pig Burger Veal Rice ball starters Mozzarella starters It's a small restaurant with maybe 15/18 seats, but it doesn't feel too cramped nor overly noisy, considering its size. The food is exceptional, and the prices are very good for what is far superior to most other eateries we've frequented. If you want a super chill, easy, Italian dining experience for those either with or without dietary requirements, Zero Zero Grano is the place to go. Gratzi ZZG, Ciao...!!!

The restaurant is a real gem in Napoles! Great atmosphere, the service was so warm and we ate delicious! I would totally recomend it 100%. Gluten free and lactose free people, don't miss it !!

This little restaurant was a great find in the centre of the noisy city of Naples. Restaurant serves exclusively five-star quality gluten-free food which makes this place a heaven for someone who is coeliac. Ideal for family with young children. However, restaurant is really small and therefore booking is advisable.

The best gluten-/lactose-free meal we've ever had!

A good location and service was excellent throughout. There was only 1 other table occupied when we were there and the place lacked atmosphere as much as some of the food lacked flavour. The cod balls for starter would have been vastly improved with the addition of some seasoning and the steak really needed some sauce.

Good food, bit pricey for what you got however completely gluten free so no worries about getting ill as I am coeliac. Excellent bread and delicious Prosecco! Small and intimate, we booked but didn’t need to as a Monday in December but would probably need to at busier times of the year.

Pasta with shrimps so average. The shrimps were frozen and small (pink small frozen) and one of them smelled awful. I told the waitress and gave her to smell it. She didn’t say anything not even a sorry. Not even offered to change my plate. May be the gluten free food is good and the restaurant has so many good reviews. Very disappointed. I usually make good comments even if the food is not of my taste but this was unacceptable.
