10/10The decor, service and food were all superb! We ate on the second floor and had the most wonderful, attentive and kind servers. It was the BEST dinner experience we have had in Sorrento!

Even though we received a confirmation for our reservation and arrived on time, they couldn't find it on their list. They rescheduled us with a few things like, "It's because it changed later." After we settled into our table, it took a full half hour for the waiters to come to take our orders. Fortunately, the food arrived quickly. The food was good, the portions were large, and the atmosphere was very noisy.

6.5/10Great food, terrible service. We were served by a rude waiter. 20+mins to take our order even though we had a baby. Tried signalling to him a few times to come to take our order and he rudely dismissed us. Food came 30mins later after I told him it was late. He then has the audacity to ask for a tip. Never again.

8/10The pizza is good. Food is globally ok but not extraordinary. Prices of pizzas are reasonable. The service was really good. Compared to other restaurants in Sorrento city center this is one of the best value for money you can get.

10/10The seafood risotto was the best risotto hands down I’ve ever had- packed with seafood and the flavor was incredible. The staff here were absolutely lovely and the ambience was perfect. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely go here again.

10/10This restaurant was recommended to us and it didn’t disappoint. Easy to book, we were shown to a lovely upstairs corner table. The caprese salad was delicious as were our mains, finished off with beautiful coffee. Staff were friendly and professional, definitely one to recommend. 10/10 !!!

10/10The atmosphere is very beautiful and the staff are very hospitable. The food and wine are very high quality. Service was efficient but not rushed. Bear in mind that portions are big a very well worth the price.

10/10Service and the food at Zi' Ntonio was outstanding. The specials of the night did not disappoint and our group of four not only had a special meal but the wine list was excellent. We will go back next time in Sorrento.

5.5/10The staff and restaurant, very nice. The food was disappointing as we ordered the two specials offered and recommended. One was a simple pasta bolognese, very salty and odd cheese flavor we could not figure out. Not much meat/taste.

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was disappointing, especially given the high reviews. When we arrived, our table wasn’t ready—which was fine—but no one acknowledged us while we waited downstairs for about 10 minutes. We were the only ones there, yet it felt like we were completely overlooked. When I finally asked a staff member, he responded with a poor attitude and said the table was ready, as if we hadn’t been clearly waiting the whole time. We were seated downstairs in a windowless area that felt more like a basement, which added to the discomfort. As for the food: the Caprese pizza was extremely watery, making the crust soggy and unpleasant. The carpaccio was also underwhelming—no seasoning, just thin slices of tilapia on lettuce with some pesto. Overall, it was not the experience we were expecting. I won’t be returning.

6/10It was our short honeymoon trip and we wanted to enjoy it to the maximum. Our friend recommended us your restaurant and we left disappointed. Service was rude, they acted like they were forced to work there. Spaghetti we ordered was poor in taste but gnocchi was excellent. Such a shame for place like this to have so bad service.

9.5/10Food was very good, particularly the mussels and the special; sea bass with artichokes. Good ambience, with a musician/singer which made it that little bit more special. Though we would have preferred to have sat downstairs, a request I would make if we were to return. The reservation included a Fork 20% discount which was not applied and we forgot to mention.

5.5/10The restaurant was very warm. We were sat upstairs in the corner which was tight for 3 and the lights from the chandelier for downstairs were so bright and in our eyes. It took a long time to order wine. The food was good but limited choices. The assistant server was very friendly, main server was polite. It is ok but would try somewhere else next time.

10/10The servers were so friendly, and indulged my desire to learn/practice my Italian. Food always fresh and delicious . I had the fruitti di mare and my husband had the filet. It is a beautiful restaurant we return to every time we are in Sorrento!
