Great food. Service was a bit haphazard, friendly enough but they failed to bring a round of drinks. We didn’t chase it as they’d been slow generally, and then it was just too late.

We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious dinner! Only critique is that it took 25 minutes for our drinks to arrive (one cocktail, one glass of wine and an iced tea). We might have had two rounds if the first had been delivered more quickly. Staff are super friendly!

Food are good and the staff are friendy, But how they bring service its not really profesional for this kind of the restaurant, Im a little bit dissapointed. Tough the first time Im visited because of Christmas then the Restaurant is too busy but at the normal day is the same

We had a great dinner. The waiter was fun and professional. He offered a digestive that was amazing, and actually I would love to know the name, It was an almond digestive..?!

+1Had the special 7-course menu. Most of the dishes were delicious except for a course with a beautiful scallop but was placed on fried sushi! :( Everything else was pretty delicious. Service wasnt amazing but was fine, no complaints. Would return :)

The best restaurant of Zandvoort by far. Great staff and location. The food is fantastic.

Really nice place if not the best one in Zandvoort if you’re tired from the usual fish and chips and fried „food“ and crave some real and high quality food. Nice people, very (!) friendly service, pretty Ambience, tasty and freshly made meals, good and chilled (also luxurious) vibes. I went there with my mum and my two brothers and we felt very good :) I would recommend this place.

Lack of professionalism in service, lack of Japanese authenticity, but if looking for a cool place to go and eat Japanese inspired food, do not hesitate.

We were in the restaurant this evening. One of us had the tuna which was good, but not the biggest on portion size. We'd recommend to order a side with that. I had the vegan sushi menu, which was quite the portion in comparison so that I could shar so we were both satisfied. The cocktails were tasty. The only thing I did not like, which isn't crucial if you aren't vegan (and there are few sushi restaurants I've been to that didn't have the same problem), that there were some of those orange roes on my sushi rolls and in the wasabi. I tend to inspect my sushi thoroughly cause I'm used to this problem but for someone with allergies this should be stated when ordering I guess. To sum it up, we had a nice evening at Zizo's

Oh my goodness! What an amazing meal! We had the 5 course set menu and it was divine- beautifully presented and delicious! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re racing at Zandvoort!

The view is superb, the dishes are delicious, the service is pleasant and fast. Prices are very affordable for the quality of service. We loved this restaurant!

Perfect time with nice staff and great food! Our third time and definitely not our last. We love the great tasting Pork Belly. We will be back in June!

Delicious food, lovely staff and a great ambiance! Small downside, it was cold inside. So bring a sweater when you go, because it is definitely worth going.

Second time visiting and I've really enjoyed the atmosphere. The waitress was very helpful and allowed us to share some preferences (sushi for two - chef's choice). Flavourwise the flavours were more balanced (regarding the 8 different rolls). However the taste could've been better. Some sushi rolls were still kind of bland tastewise and could've either been more fresh or combined with more complimenting flavours.

Dinner at ZIZO was a delightful experience! There was a cozy atmosphere and also the service was very friendly. There was a range of choices for all sorts of budgets. Some dishes were on the high end.The use of loyality points made it beneficial to experiment with 2 top-dishes (€60,- per dish). The sushi dish for 2, brought us a variety of rolls (by chef's choice). Though we had 8 different rolls, some flavors didn't really stand out from one another. A bit more variety in flavors would've improved the experience (especially regarding the costs). Then we had the wagyu beef experience.The presentation was amazing! Also the taste was very interesting. Pricewise I expected a bit more vegetables, especially when you consider that this could be a meal for 2 by itself. This location for sure deserves another visit in the future.

It was a very nice surprise to find such an elegant place in zandvoort. Good quality of food and excellent service. well done. we will recommend it

Despite the long wait we experienced at the beginning and the fact that the restaurant had no longer any Wagyu A4 to give us in our menu, we had an excellent experience as the waiters made sure to make it up to us, they were very entertaining, gave us extra dishes and a discount on the menu price. The quality of the dishes was just excellent overall.

We have been there the scound time. it was even better than last time . Great food! Some good and creative ideas about Sushi and we love the Pork Belly! And a perfect view on the sea! People are reallay friendly. Enjoid the time!

Excellent food, the wagyu beef was amazing. Truffel sushi. Service was attentive. Cocktails were delicious. Views of the seaside. We are definitely coming back here.

The food is always superb when we visit. Especially sushi is very good. Service is often slow, it’s hard to get the waiter/waitress attention.

Summary: Upper scale presentation, reasonable prices for the superb quality. Residing in a building with the arechetectue styles of the '70s, I found this quality and the modern sushi constructions unexpected; I was wrong.

Its a great, modern and luxurious restaurant set up on the beach, by day you have a great sea view and perfect surroundings. The quality of the sushi is great and not to fat or greasy. Me and my boyfriend had a great meal and had a lot of fun with the staff and also had a few drinks on the bar. ????♂️

We had dinner in Zizo Lounge Zandvoort. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. Only disadvantage maybe that some orders (drinks) took some time to arrive at the table, making you wonder if they might have forgotten it (but they had not). The food is very fresh, we had a five course meal which featured a lot of the main items on the menu and had us sharing food. A very nice experience, only small negative for us was that two dishes featured truffle. We like truffle a lot but it is a flavor that tends to overpower a bit. One dish would have been enough for us, but that is peanuts. As far as the sushi/sashimi goes; excellent taste and really fresh! Definitely worth going and order yourself a big plate of fantastic and authentic tasting rolls!

The food was really good, fresh and good quality, but the service was bad. We were waiting about a half houre for our first drinks and 1,5 houres for the first course of our menu. The last drinks never arrived at the table. We asked a second time, but the drinks were still missing! The personal allways asked if the food was good, but that was still the only service.

We loved the food! Unfortunatlyit was very cold at our table, I think the air conditioning was on and it ruined the cozy luxurious atmosphere since it was cold outside as well. Also the waiting times were very long - to be fair the resaturant was almost full

Excellent and original sushi but you have to take your time to enjoy the service which can be slow on busy Saturday night.
