7.5/10A restaurant with a Michelin Bib Gourmand. In other words a place where you should expect decent food at moderate prices. And that is exactly what you will expercience here. Some really convincing dishes, not far away from the Michelin star. Others a bit more rustic. The service is friendly but a bit clumsy, the decor partly sponsored by the mediocre Champagne producer Veuve Cliquot. The wine list has some decent bottles in the league up to 50 Euros. The more pricy blue chips mostly come from bad vintages, stay away from them.

4/10The fish was raw. Everything else was very average and not Michelin-like. Unfortunately unimpressed by this restaurant.

10/10This is a lovely small and intimate restaurant The food was truly delicious 🤤 I enjoyed a starter which was a puddle of melted cheese with a dried apple For my main meal I had a chicken dish with root vegetables stuffed with seeds and dessert was cheese Very reasonable prices for the quality of food Lots of delicious bread 🥖

10/10When planning a trip through France an overnight stop in Laon was necessary. My research identified Zorn La Petite Auberge as the best option -it did not dissapoint. Staff were welcoming and professional. Service was seamless and the food superb. In terms of quality and value for money it is worth a detour. I would recommend without hesitation.

8.5/10Visited this restaurant on a Monday while on holiday. It was very quiet - I think there were two other parties present - and offered a tasty lunch. The location opposite a petrol station and on a main road near the railway station isn’t that promising, but give Zorn a go as the food and the service were very good!

9.5/10The food was excellent. Staff were also really nice. We had the three course fixed price menu which was very nice. Only slight criticism was two of the dishes were an extra €10 on a fixed menu of €35, seemed a lot. But otherwise food was very nice.

9.5/10Would not have found this restaurant without internet search but very pleased to have done so. Charming, attentive service with a delicious and generous Easter lunch. A little out of the way but well worth it

5/10Charmless dining room and staff in such a hurry, despite only two tables being occupied, we felt bullied into making swift decisions about all three courses and the accompanying wines within minutes of entering the restaurant. The food was quite good but each dish slightly flawed, for example, over-cooked veal, odd combination of flavours in crab tortelloni, balance of pork and black pudding wrong... So food a near miss and not redeemed by other factors.

5/10Restaurant was without much ambience. Very hot, no outdoor seating was reserved for burger bar. No air conditioning. Food a bit limp and not exciting. Could do as well in an average Bistro. Think a new chef would be a good idea. Wine not reasonably priced. When was it listed in Michelin ?

10/10We had the set lunch menu and the food was superb, including a lovely amuse bouche. The service was friendly and efficient and the chef came out to chat and check that we were happy with everything. Very pleasant decor with crisp white tablecloths.

9.5/10A drive rather than a walk from Centre Ville, but well worth it. Serious food, well presented and described in every detail. Sensibly priced, AND in the absence of a taxi, the chef drove us back to our hotel.

10/10A super restaurant somewhat off the beaten track but well worth seeking out. We had the Carte Blanche menu which was delicious throughout, and great fun, adding anticipation and some mystery. An excellent wine list with a very good range (including some rare fine wine). The chef/owner was welcoming and very chatty, and his staff all knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

9.5/10Really nice evening in this restaurant yesterday - great food, nicely blended flavours, impressive winelist, and attentive chef, with passion. Also adjusted very nicely to the food intolerances. Well deserved bib gourmand. Will go back there without any hesitation.

10/10A superb restaurant in every way - excellent, imaginative food (we both had the chef’s choice), delicious and perfectly paired wines (again chef’s choice), perfect atmosphere and attentive, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional but personable staff - M. Le Chef, Willy Zorn is a master at his profession, thoroughly understanding of his flavours with considerable, and always spot-on intuition, he is approachable and very good company - thank-you, a thoroughly memorable dinner.

9/10Wonderful ambiance, aided greatly by the staff. The menu choices, both food and wine, were good, and the attention to detail in the cooking was impressive. The amuse gueule was particularly inventive.

8/10Great but formal service. Good setting and ambience. Amuse bouche very good. Risotto starter had by 3 of party of 4 odd and wouldn't have again. Main courses disappointing. Fish skin soggy and whole dish salty. Beef dish also needed more vegetable accompaniments. Desserts much better and extra sweet course proferred unexpectedly delightful. Parked outside on street easily. Would not have minded expense at all had food just been better.

8/10We booked in the Petit Auberge but moved to the adjoining (same kitchen) Bistrot next door so we could sit outside. Ate pretty much the same food, and were well looked after. Probably the best restaurant in Loan.
