9.5/10My second visit to Zumaque and as pleased as the first time. Unusual combinations compared to local alternatives and the flavours are always spot on. Good recommendation of wine to accompany the food we ordered and prices reasonable for such fine food. The only thing I could find to fault would be that the music was a little loud inside, but as we sat outside, it wasn’t an issue. I’ll definitely be going back again.

The food was amazing although it was a bit confusing when we arrived. We asked for the wine list but none given. We could not see a food menu either. Eventually we worked it out ourselves to scan the QR code that was on a wooden block on our table. This then took us through to all the menus. It would have been nice had the explained this to us upon our arrival. The food was fantastic so I would definitely recommend. Just be mindful that you need to take your smart phone with you

4.5/10The experience left much to be desired, particularly given the steep prices. The creativity of the menu was apparent, especially with the unconventional addition of mint and hardboiled egg to the ramen, which was also heavily laden with coriander. The lack of chopsticks for a dish that traditionally relies on them felt odd. The risotto was marred by whole pepper seeds, which were jarring to encounter and detracted from the meal. While the broth of the ramen was a redeeming feature, offering a flavorful base, it couldn't make up for the overwhelming use of coriander in nearly every dish and the prawn gyozas that were disappointingly similar. Furthermore, the service was quite poor, contributing to an overall disappointing dining experience. The quality of both food and service did not match the high cost.

The restaurant itself is very beautiful, loved the fact that you can see how chefs are cooking. Food was delicious, myself and my friends enjoyed everything we ordered. The only thing that wasn’t the best is service. It took a while to order but then food came quite fast.

Our best culinary adventure in Tenerife! The combination of flavours as well as the presentation are memorable. Lucas Maes knows how to remain truth to the tropical ingredients like coconut or passion fruit while making d ishes that can stand next to best European chefs. Be sure you try the Ceviche and one of the charcoal dishes.

I expected more! I hate to say it when I was very much looking forward to it. The service was slow and poor. The food was hit and miss. The ceviche was ok, the dumplings were tasty. The prawn tempura was the star or the show. The pork was good but the ramen was below par.

9/10Great value for the quality! We had the 7-course tasting menu. All courses were very delicious and beautifully prepared. And trust the waiter, you don't need to order extra courses. But we were curious and tried the tuna on crispy rice: Delicious texture of the crispy rice slices and the spicy tuna in between was fresh and intense

10/10Perfect restaurant, Lovely dishes made with a lot of dedication and passion. We shared many dishes and drank lovely wines. Will definitely come back to enjoy the food and drinks again!

10/10All the dished we ordered were delicious. Creatively constructed and presented. The staff was friendly. Nice ambience. Definitely must go while you are in Tenerife.

6/10The price of a dish for the amount of food provided didn’t make sense to me. I would be ready to forgive that if the experience was good. Service was slow with long wait before placing our order and long wait between each dish. To top it off, while being very clear about food allergies I was served food I could not eat. For the level of establishment they present themselves to be it’s a rookie mistake.

8.5/10The food is absolutely fantastic and highly recommend to visit! It’s too bad the service is quite poor, you need to wait ages for the waiters to get back to you , sometimes you need to ask twice for a drink to get it and most of them don’t understand English. We also had a waiter who was pretty arrogant . This is unfortunate as the food and the place is really exceptional !

We booked at this restaurant after reading so many good reviews and finding the menu interesting. The food was great and didn’t disappoint. The only small criticism was the length of time we waited. I understand that it was carnaval time so they maybe were busier than normal.. but we were there for 2hrs 20mins and didn’t have time for desserts/coffees, as we had arranged to meet friends to watch the Parade which we then missed. Overall great and would recommend!

8/10The tasting food was good with excellent tastes. They took reservation already 18:30 althoug the serving started at 19. The food is so expensive that it feels strange that they charge 5 € from bread, which was old and hard and you were not ordered.

8.5/10Lovely food! Service sometimes a bit slow and confused. I hated the fact that they only had the menu digitally. Very difficult to choose from as the menu is not traditionally divided into starters and main courses. My internet connection also failed which didn't help. Despite this we will certainly be back!

Delicious! The best food we’ve had in a very long time! Highly recommended. We had the tasting menu. The only negative point would be that we got too many different dumplings - regardless they were all delicious!

9.5/10Lovely food, the 4 of us shared several dishes and every one was lovely - asian fusion - just how I like it. good wine too - only downside was the people next to us had 3 dogs and there was a lot of barking which spoilt the ambience.
