We tried A Fusion towards the end of our week stay in Amsterdam. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to dine there again the next night for our last meal in Amsterdam. The best compliment of a restaurant is that you want to eat there again. Food is great -- we liked everything we tried.

Every dish we had was incredible. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was the best meal we had in Europe on this trip. Everything was freshly prepared and uniquely presented. 10/10 on the food.

Love tapas places, and Asian style tapas is the best! We always come to this restaurant when in Amsterdam; creative choices for Asian food. We are allergic to shellfish, so get fried rice, Peking duck, larb, Korean chicken (my favorite), beef skewers...always crowded, so reservations a must...

A-Fusion was one of the best restaurants in Amsterdam. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered several dishes off the menu and each and every one was flavorful, unique, and even better than the last. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

We had a great dinner at A-Fusion. Here’s what we ordered: • Tuna Tataki (5pc) – €12,00 • Golden Har Kau (4pc) – €12,00 • Sushi Special Set (5pc) – €21,50 • Beef Black Truffle Roll (8pc) – €26,00 • Beijing Duck Pancakes (6pc) – €17,50 (the duck was fried, not traditionally roasted) • Charcoal Chicken – €14,00 • Egg Fried Rice – €9,50 Everything was very good overall, with a nice mix of fresh and warm dishes.

Dined through 9 courses… and two desserts! Each course was timed to perfection. Never too hot, brilliant combinations of texture and flavor. Atmosphere relaxed and chatty without being loud. Impeccable but easy service. Never felt rushed or crowded. Excellence at every step.

One of the best restaurants I eaten at in a long time. The Japanese lamb steaks, dumplings, and spring rolls were absolutely amazing, but you really can't go wrong with anything. One of the best desserts that I have ever had was the chocolate Cuban cigar. It was so unique and well made. I wish I could eat this all the time.
