9.5/10We had a delightful evening at Aduana. Like most restaurants, they are having staffing issues due to covid. Our waiter was attentive and went out of his way to be sure we were well cared for, but his inexperience was apparent. Location on the terrace is wonderful. Food quite good and well presented.

10/10A superb restaurant in a superb setting. The menu is wonderful, the staff couldn't have been more helpful or more professional and the view is breathtaking. Our best experience after a week in Madrid, which is saying a lot.

10/10This restaurant is no doubt on its way to get at least one Michelin star. Great food, creative recipes, excellent service (Juan our waiter did a great job fulfilling our most trivial wishes). The location is great but the restaurant is well hidden at the hotel’s executive level. We spent a great evening on the terrace overlooking Plaza Colon and we will surely recommend it to our friends.

10/10Terrace was a cool little cozy place for a romantic evening dinner. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was all fresh and divine. Definitely a place to go.
