10/10We were staying at the Intercontinental and we're happy to discover this great restaurant right in the hotel. Great service and we all loved our seafood entrées. A wonderful ending to our first day in Lisbon.

10/10We entered the restaurant without a reservation. Pedro Santos went out of his way to fit us in (as the restaurant was all booked). The ambiance was lovely, food was great, and Pedro chatted with us (making our dinner filled with laughs & education on Portugal). What an amazing was to spend our last evening in Lisbon. Pedro, we will definitely come back to enjoy your delicious food, laughs, and hospitality! Until next time! Nina & Rudi

7/10It was good, however the couches were very dirty (there were pieces of food and stains). In general the table was not super clean, but food was really good. We went there with the 50%.l discount from the fork but I wouldn't go if I had to pay the full price.

6/10I think the service was not that good. Not client focused. It was not full and it took more than 1 hour to serve, we had to look for someone to ask for the wine, for a refill, too exhausting. For the price they should have a better customer care.

6/10On the day that we went, they were using an improvised dining space that was nothing like the gorgeous restaurant that’s advertised in the pictures. Also the caldo verde soup was not good. I was very surprised as I’ve been here before and my first experience was so good that I came back and brought a friend for her to enjoy it as well. Upon making the res, I should have been informed by the restaurant about the improvised dining space on my date.

10/10What a great brunch we had! Plenty of choices, all with great quality and very generous servings. Everything was on spot: the ambience, the food and the service. I cannot emphasize enough how professional and genuinely friendly the staff was. An amazing experience, surely to repeat soon.

7/10Went for "American Brunch". I was disappointed by the food - presentation was nice, but the order in which things came was a bit odd and the quality wasn't impressive - it was all average, although presented in a polished manner. Service was very good - friendly, polite and efficient. I understand that the room is a hotel breakfast room, but even so, the decor is outdated and not a particularly pleasant or welcoming space. Overall, I expected much more.

7.5/10Even though the decoration is slightly outdated, it’s still an elegant and pleasant setting. The dishes were in their majority very good. The staff was very untrained, always confused and unsure, unknowing of how the reservation works, what’s in the food… but probably it was everybody’s first day. All compensated with their kindness. Confirm upon arrival your the fork promotions / discounts as they stated "there's a miscommunication between our manager and the app"

10/10Not a large Hotel restaurant. A normal space. We've ordered octopus and entrecote. Both was divinal. The side dishes were also very good. For the desert the mousse was really different but reallt tasty and the creme broulet was very tasty. In resume, to repeat because everything that we eat was very tasty so a lot more to try.

10/10Food good as usual, service excellent as expected. Very good experience. The executive menu is a steal for the food you end up getting. The Secretos de porco were exceptional and mu Akla burguer was amazing. Dessert also very good with roses ice cream. Recommended. The beer was just quite expensive, 7€ each, and it was just a normal sagres. The rest was competitively priced for the quality.

8.5/10Prices are too high. 6,5€ for a regular beer or 3€ for a expresso are not acceptable prices for a normal restaurant. Food quality is good. Dessert are also very good.

9/10Aka is an excellent restaurant, the food is really very good as is the service. It is unfortunate that in these covid times the restaurant was quiet as is the Intercontinental Hotel where it is based, but we were there 7-8;30pm on a Monday evening so it’s hard to judge. We last ate here early in the year and quite frankly had forgotten how good it was. We will be back.

10/10Amazing staff, we were super well treated, everybody was super friendly and polite. The atmosphere is awesome too, super beautiful hotel and the restaurant is very well decorated. And the food was spot on, we had 2 starters and then the Codfish and the beef tenderloin and both were delicious, and as for desserts we had the chocolate mousse and the passion fruit tart which were both equally delicious. Overall a wonderful experience.

10/10Akla has a wide choice of vegetarian and healthy dishes. The food was prepared with an amazing attention to detail and the combination of flavors in one dish is simple and at the same time exceptional - less is more! The Service was outstanding and the mood/decoration is super classy yet comfortable. Totally recommend!
