10/10I understand why they are so highly rated here, the atmosphere for a quiet meal, the service, and the food. Absolutely amazing and definitely would come back.

6/10Great food, poor customer service: we sat outside, sun was still high and heating on us and food, asked to be moved to another table and they were quite annoyed and said no; then I had to ask again and finally they moved us but basically they unattended the table - no waiter was really servicing us and ignoring for the rest of the night.

10/10Excellent venue. We ate outdoors in the garden which was an oasis in Milan. Lovely food, Service was very attentive. The top dish was pasta in seafood salsa.Will certainly go again and would recommend Al Fresco. (up market but grand for a celebratory occasion))

8.5/10The restaurant is lovely - a beautiful garden with scented plants, lovely light (we ate during the day). The food was wonderful and we could see - from other tables who appeared to be enjoying themselves - that there are some great staff in the restaurant. Our waiter however was disengaged, rude and slow. I think he managed to serve us without making any eye contact, seemed to roll his eyes at our menu choices and then avoided us for most of the meal. It’s a pity - because the place seems so lovely.

7.5/10The venue is really nice and waiters are very kind. However there is something that should be improved as this is supposed to be a medium high level restaurant and in any case this should not happen: Hair in the appetizer and a. glass spotted with rossetto was not really nice to see.

8/10Beautiful restaurant, but the food wasn’t good. My sea bass and potatoes were very dry and bland, and my husbands steak was bland and undercooked. Disappointing as it is such a beautiful place

10/10Incredible experience!! Where to start - First, the ambiance and decor was so charming and warm, perfect for the romantic occasion we were celebrating. Second, the staff was equally warm and inviting and albeit a language barrier, ensured that all of our needs and wants were met. Finally, the food was divine - we even ordered seconds of my husband's main (the steak) and dessert (pistachio gelato)!! Our stuffed calamari starter as well as pasta dishes (fusilli for my husband and orecchiette for me) were also delicious. Highly recommend!!

7/10Good quality food. Overpriced though. The service is not great - only one option of wine by the glass, no explanation nor extra info on the food. You basically order and they bring it to the table - not more, not less.

8.5/10Very nice restaurant with excellent service. The location is very nice and the staff is friendly. In the summer, they also have a nice terrace to eat outside. The only thing to improve is the choices for a vegetarian

6/10Nice setting for Al fresco dining. Good food however dry and impersonal service. Such a shame the ambience and the staff are not very welcoming. I would have appreciated recommendations on wines and a bit more guidance on the menu. Overall a nice experience but nothing special or anything be remembered.

10/10Great experience ! Great atmosphere, the dishes were tasty and best of all when a small issue occurred with one of our desert : the came back with two additional ones and especially the one we were hesitating to take as well ;) great customer service

3/10Pasta was extremely salty, almost inedible. My friend is vegetarian and we requested a dish without any meat/fish. She received a dish with pasta and, of course, fish. The waiter did not admit to his mistake after we repeatedly checked with him that the dish had no fish and eventually, another waiter willing to cooperate came and offered my friend another dish. Dessert was alright but not outstanding. Their starter was also very basic. Overall, not worth the money one bit. The staff was rude, uncooperative and the food was bad, it seems like the chef goes for just one taste and that is salty

9/10Amazing & romantic atmosphere, we had pasta and it was good, not sure if it is worthy for that price tho... also for a table in the garden they told us we had to reserve a/two week(s) in advance.

2/10Very dissappointing. We were too hungry and the restaurant was not close to milano city center, we had long way to reach there and very excited to ear there, but the waiter was very arrogant, they didnt accept anything we wanted to eat. We can ear the entrecote very welldone, he said always no no no. We said we want to spagetti with garlic and oil only, he said no no no. We left the restaurant then. Very bad experience. However decoration of the resraurant was very good, i dont recommend. Very rude waiter.
