The food was absolutely divine & the staff were so friendly! We only have a short trip in Rome, but we are definitely going to eat here again before we leave! Plus, being there at Christmas time, with the decorations up was lovely.

We were looking for somewhere close to where we staying & came across Angie’s which had good reviews on Google and opted to go there. In hindsight - the reviews were polarised with some being fabulous & others dreadful and we should have known better. Service was slow & the food was mediocre at best. We had pizza which was equivalent to Pizza Hut in the UK & pasta which was cold & pretty tasteless. Cocktails were expensive & overall we were very disappointed. The evening provided entertainment with a birthday celebration which was boosted by another ‘patron’ who was an opera singer. She went on to provide renditions of songs from various well known operas. However, on reading reviews after we had left, this is apparently a regular occurrence & completely contrived! I would say - avoid, there must be much better options nearby!

We had a really nice time in this restaurant near the Spanish steps. The pasta pizza ana lava cake were excellent! We sat on the terrace but took a look indoors and it was really pretty as well. The waiters were really friendly! Would recommend!

This restaurant was close to hotel and I reviewed ratings before dining. We expected much more tasty dishes. While staff was super inviting, waiters were not very accommodating. Food was mediocre at best.

Angie’s was very nice and tucked away. We enjoyed the ambiance as well as the food. The Tiramisu was delightful!!! We around definitely recommend this fine establishment!

We had seen good reviews and decided to try it since it was near to our hotel. We have been in italy for 8 nights and this was the worst meal we have had. The shrimp scampi was served over hard pasta with sauce tasting like it came from a can. It only had one shrimp and when I asked I was told that the others were in the sauce. They were tiny pieces of hard ver cooked shrimp with no flavor. Very disappointed.

Took 75 minutes for food to come out and order was all wrong. Had amatriciana, mussels which weren’t fresh and pizza which was bland. Avoid this place! Nice inside with a great location.

Nice restaurant very near the main attractions. We dined outdoors and had a very good meal with excellent service from Leonardo. One of our best meals while two weeks in Italy.

Felt below par. 12eu for a glass of house red, and 60eu for pasta and a pizza. We've eaten better value for money at Rome's Michilen star restaurants.

A small Italian restaurant in a narrow street close to the Italian parliament. Nice tastes with Italian see food focus. I missed the fact that it did not serve beer with no alcohol, The service was fine too

Nice looking interior. Staff seemed overwhelmed despite it not being busy season. Also the first time we were asked by staff to add gratuity. We have eaten in dozens of restaurants here and never asked. We’ll add cash with service anyway. Food for 3 persons came out cold, only 1 was hot. Charged extra for things we didn’t get including “Mineral Water” when we were served regular water. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Friendly and welcoming staff and nice location on the Spanish Square. Service was quite slow but we had time so that was just about ok. The food was ok but not great. Everything felt as though the objective was to make it just good enough to keep the tourists reasonably content.
