10/10An excellent restaurant with amazing and very tasty dishes sushi-fusion inspired. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to go back. A big thank you to the lovely staff from our waitress to the cooks.

10/10The food was delicious, uramakis and baos are the best. Service was swift and kind, We had lunch at noon and they have a lunch menu for 14€ which is a very fair price.

Perhaps the price is a little on the higher side for the quantity of food , but again, the it is good quality, and served with care. Staff are friendly and very attentive. Very nice atmosphere. About this restaurant
Bonito por fuera y también por dentro. Así es este japonés del que uno sale pensando siempre en volver. Ya solo la decoración atrapa: sus enormes cristaleras, el protagonismo absoluto de la madera que transmite calidez e invita a quedarse. La iluminación, los muebles, cada pieza de sushi, cada plato parecen más propios de una galería de arte que de un restaurante. De hecho, dentro exponen y tienen a la venta obras de nuevos artistas que empiezan a darse a conocer. Su cocina se caracteriza por una búsqueda de frescura a través de propuestas atrevidas como el tartar de salmón con salsa mayo japo, aguacate y tempura o el uramaki Art & Sushi, de salmón, langostino y mango con fresa. La materia prima no tiene competidor posible: atún del Mediterráneo, salmón noruego y pescado blanco gallego. En definitiva, cocina sutil y platos arriesgados en su justa medida que funcionan, ¡vaya si funcionan! Si quieres probar un poco de todo, pasa de la mesa y ve directamente a la barra donde podrás pedir las piezas de maki o nigiri por unidades también para llevar a domicilio. Ñam, ñam.
