10/10I was in Portugal with my husband and we went to dinner at Cicero Bistro and had a wonderful night. It is without a doubt a restaurant that goes far beyond the gastronomic experience. The menu has delicious dishes, the atmosphere is super charming, the service is very attentive, we received great tips and suggestions that we were very pleased with. As if that weren't enough, the place has a collection of works by the Pernambuco painter Cícero Dias, after whom the house is named, and other works by contemporary artists who add culture and art of the highest quality.

10/10We took foodie friends who were visiting from the U.S. The owner greeted us and made sure our large group felt welcome. The staff is always professional and friendly. The food is precise and creative.

10/10Paolo and his staff were inviting and highly attentive. The food was delicious and we enjoyed a fantastic bottle of wine that was recommended. I would easily send any family or friends in Lisbon to Cicero! Paolo and team will treat you like family.

6.5/10Below my expectations unfortunately in view of excellent reviews. Only one red wine was offered which was average. We chose menu: have not been impressed by the main cause. Apologies for writing this.

Thank you very much for the visit and feedback. Maybe It was our mistaken in communication: the MENU, 45 euros for a three-course plus twos classes of wine, in question is thought to be a more affordable experience so that customers can have the first contact with the house. It is clearly stated that it has only one wine, with the brand included, in the description. We believe that expectations should be managed accordingly: an economy-class passenger should not expect a business-class experience even if they are on the same plane; otherwise, it will be a deception. The parameters should be other economy-class experiences on other planes. We will improve our communication..

10/10A very late in the day booking. Not sure what to expect. What we experienced was a cultural trip and wonderful food. The staff were amazin, very attentive and looked after us impeccably. All I can say is, you must go here when you visit Lisbon. We will return on our next visit.

10/10We had a fantastic evening at Cicero Bistrot with a group of friends! We got our own dining room! Amazing food and wine served by very welcoming and friendly staff . We also got an introduction to the nice art collection on the walls. We will definitely come back!

7/10Staff super nice, we had a great evening, the duck starter was amazing. The two mains were lacklustre, a vegan curry with only mushrooms and potatoes was begging for something more, the pork was lacking flavour and the sauce wasn’t that great. Overall we would go again but order other mains.

8.5/10Very stylishly decorated place. Service was excellent, lots of nice dishes on the menu. While we enjoyed the meal, we also appreciated the 30% discount as it would’ve been somewhat overpriced otherwise.

10/10I tried the special suggested by the chef: The Picasso—a lovely combination of Portuguese seafood and French technics. The bistrot is cozy but has a very good wine list and full-bodied Chardonnay was a very nice match.

Named after and inspired by a Brazilian modernist painter who moved to France and then to Lisbon, this restaurant presents a menu combining the flavors and products of France, Brazil, and Portugal. The fish comes from the Portuguese coast, while the dark chocolate is imported from the Amazon forest in Brazil.
