9.5/10After many years, I was finally able to return to one of my favorite restaurants in Rome. Wonderful mixed anti pasta and a plate of pasta were spot-on. Great sparkling wine suggested by the staff. Looking forward to coming back soon.

8/10We chose this because it is close to the Borghese, where we had a tour at 15:00. The server was exceptionally kind and the place is very polished. Our lunch was a quick one, but we enjoyed the seafood salad, as well as the spaghetti with clams. We would definitely return to enjoy the menu more completely.

10/10The food was absolutely delicious (as it was 20 years ago when we lived here and frequented it), the service in point. An amazing dinner. Order the Mille Foglie dessert and you will not be sorry!

10/10Elegant restaurant specializing on fish and seafood. We had pasta dishes, wine, and desserts. Everything was excellent. The staff was very accommodating to small children.

9/10Costa Paradiso serves Sardinian food. Interestingly, maloreddus, the quintessential Sardinian pasta dish, is not on the menu. Seafood is the specialty, but I ordered a very good filetto pepe verde. Everyone at the table really enjoyed their food. The pane carasau is delicious, as is the regular bread that's served. Desserts were likewise very good - three of us got the seadas and loved them, and the crema catalana and semifreddo were also delicious. We were there when they opened at 2000; it was very quiet until about 2130 when a large group arrived and they were enjoying themselves, so raised the decibel level a bit. But overall it is a quiet, pleasantly atmospheric setting with delicious food and very good service.

10/10Costa Paradiso is a cozy, charming restaurant featuring the cuisine of Sardegna. The waiter was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. You know you have found a treasure when you see regular locals coming in!

Il ristorante Costa Paradiso, situato a Roma nei pressi di Porta Pia e Piazza Fiume, è un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso, come richiama il nome stesso, dove poter assaporare dell'ottima cucina ispirata ai sapori sardi e mediterranei in genere. Le proposte culinarie sono decisamente interessanti, basti pensare ai deliziosi antipasti serviti in varie portate, di cui degni di nota sono sicuramente il carpaccio di polipo o di spigola e il salmone alla catalana, oppure i primi piatti come i paccheri bottarga e ricciola con fiori di zucca, il tutto preparato con pesce freschissimo e di qualità. Immancabile il pane carasau con rosmarino e olio che accompagna le portate durante tutta la cena. L'ambiente del ristorante Costa Paradiso è caldo e familiare, e la disposizione dei tavoli permette di conversare senza essere disturbati dai tavoli vicini. Il servizio è cordiale e mai invadente, cortese e professionale allo stesso tempo. Per un pranzo o una cena a livello informale e in buona compagnia.
