7/10On a Thursday night when all the restaurants in Rome seemed to be alive with customers, we were the only ones in an interior room of a hard to find restaurant. The menu was overly serious, with dishes that tried to be sophisticated but would have been tastier with fewer complications. It was much more expensive than most other options in the city, but the food was just ok. We wish we had made a different choice. That said, our waiter was excellent, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

5/10I booked 12 hours before going. Said I was coeliac. Should have left when presented with three GF Tuc biscuits with the olive oil . No bread yet gluten free is available all over Rome. Remember this meal cost over £300 for two people. Got worse when my husband found plastic in his food. Quite a big piece. Looked like microwaved cling film. Waiter informed chef who was dismissive. Waiter embarrassed by response. We went for meat tasting menu with wine. Pairing of wine to food was debatable . Was it left over bottles? None were just opened. Avoid. I believed reviews but can’t think now they were genuine.
