2.5/10One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. We ordered wings and mozzarella fried balls for starters. The quantity and flavour were ok. Then we ordered a medium rare burger (the guilty) and cannelloni. When they brought the main courses they let me know that they were out of potatoes. So there I am , with my burger and sauce, without my potatoes. The cannelloni were just bad, not hot enough and they seemed just plain cheap, like I bought them and heat them in the microwave. They ask me if I wanted a salad as substitute for the fries. After the burger was already in front of me. I said no because I didn't want it. I start eating my burger and I notice not only the patty is just plain rare (even a level before that in some parts) but also has pickles when my burger didn't have them in the list of ingredients. I was in a rush (the service was not fast) so I ended up just eating what I could of it. So half a burger. The manager said they would give us an offer in the end for the inconveniences. They gave me 10 percent off my burger and a free coffee. So I'm just flabbergasted at this point. Paying 6€ for a bottle of water, and 8€ for a wine glass (the bottle costs 10 max, in the store), adding to the poor heated you can see why I would be frustrated to still pay 84€ . Will still be making a proper complaint.

7/10Two trips to the same restaurant, two different experiences. The first time the service was personalized and efficient, today I waited 30 minutes to be attended to, waiters were visually in distress trying to take orders and were absolutely overwhelmed.

10/10This is a fun place with some really good food. My wife didn't realize she was missing out until she had the Mac n Cheese Bolognese. I had a pizza with peppers on it which was also very good. Service was good and the ambience was nice. They aren't afraid of having a little fun.

10/10We hade a real fun evening with our group of 15 people. The food was really good and so was the service. It's a very lively ambience, quite loud. But this was no problem for us this time.

9.5/10This restaurant offers some delicious varieties of carpaccios, hamburgers, pastas and pizzas. Good ambiance with great music... Anna, the waitress was a little nervous and not so smilling, but the other new waitress was very nice with us. Try the bref carpaccio, this is just PERFECT !

10/10We had a lovely server, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely time. He even brought out the dessert which had a sparkler on it and it said "welcome" to Lisbon on it which was very sweet. I highly recommend this restaurant and I would happily eat there again. Furthermore I felt that it was reasonably priced.

8.5/103 servers looked new and seem a little lost and stayed in one area chatting until the manager had to tell them to do something. It was a little difficult to get their attention. But otherwise had a good lunch with the family.

10/10The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the service was quick and amazing. The food was wonderful and looked exactly like the best pictures on Instagram. The music was really good as well. Definitely will be visiting this restaurant again!

9/10The food and the service was really good. However, the atmosphere was not as good as I was expecting. There was a LOT of noise, and the music was also too high for what I usually enjoy in a restaurant like this.

4.5/10First I want to say that the whole experience was terrible. From the waiting for the food that was over 1h to the food itself... the food quality is the worst, they use mostly frozen food, the french fries are too salty, the meat hamburgers are terrible from the guilty one to the no rules one... they tasted plain, the texture was like a rubber... the no rules one was the worst the quality of the chicken is really low... I don't recommend at all, the prices are too expensive for the quality of food. The only good thing they have in this restaurant is the open kitchen where you can see everything which gave me confidence about the food standards.
