10/10The food is excellent, and the service is impressive; the only thing I would raise a flag for is that they ask us (a party of 2 in my case) to order the same pasta and main course because the chef usually prepares more or any other reason. Since I am dairy intolerant and do not eat fish, and the two tasting menus are heavily based on fish, they opened an exception, and my friend could choose what he wanted from the different options on the menu. A tasting menu is usually already restrictive; given the starting price of this specific restaurant, there is no justification for not allowing each person from the table to choose what it prefers from the tasting menu. Also, the main course could be slightly bigger.

10/10Amazing tastes from Asia applied with delicate care to create delicious works of art. Most impressive is the signature dish created by the chef himself. Generally chefs of this stature have desert chefs who create deserts, and mostly disappointing. Not here.

10/10This place exceeded me and my husband’s expectations! The ingredients, flavors, and techniques used throughout the 6 courses were exceptional, impressive, and we left feeling very satisfied and comfortably full. We loved the flow of the menu and were excited about what the next course would taste/be like. Although everything tasted phenomenal, the breaded sea scallops and black truffle was our favorite. The servers and ambiance were great, and Chef Apreda even came out and said hi to us (compliments to the chef)! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Idylio and definitely recommend.

I must commend the staff for their knowledge and passion for the cuisine, providing insightful recommendations that elevated the dining experience. 10/10Excellent birthday dinner, high end price matched the total experience, with great wine recommendations provided. The fusion foods were delicious. The experience went a bit longer than we planned for, but we enjoyed every course. The service was great and ambience was lovely.

10/10Our first time at a Michelin Star restaurant and it did not disappoint. Every dish on the tasting menu got the “Oh my god” result we wanted. Service was amazing too. My only regret is we were on vacation in Rome and leave tomorrow so I’ll never know what the courses we didn’t try tasted like.

10/10Chef Apreda and his staff provided a remarkable dining experience. We arrived a bit before 9pm and were taken for a gastronomic adventure over the next 3 hours. We chose the seasonal tasting menu, then sat back and were served 6 remarkable courses that included a complete palate of ingredients, flavors and textures. It was truly like eating art. Everything about our evening was brilliant. The service was outstanding and the setting was elegant.

10/10We made a reservation at Idylio to cap off our last day of a 3-week vacation in Europe. I wasn't sure what to expect with our 13-year old daughter, who is very picky, and 16-year old son. The seating areas are very private and quiet, and the service was outstanding. We had the traditional tasting menu and let the servers decide on some wine pairings (we went with three glasses). Everything was perfect, and my daughter ate everything and really enjoyed it, as did the rest of us. At the end of the evening, the chef walked around and chatted with the various guests, and when it was time to head back to the hotel and pack, a taxi was arranged and was ready to go. Overall, excellent! We would definitely return.

9/10we were on a busnesse trip in Rome on 24th june 2023. We already ate at 2 starred restaurants in Rome. Now we want another. we asked to pros thst worked in food service in Rome, and IDYLIO was their advice. The zna in Rome in very central, between hyastorical places. Location is nice and restaurnat is connect to a top hotel. Personnel seemed smart and gentle. we went for "IDYLIO'S BUTTERFLY" menus, composed of: Ricciola e Nduja, Piselli e Galanga Capesante impanate e Tartufo Nero Quaglia e Seppia alla Lavanda, Tartufo e Foglie di Capperi Dolce Mozzarella di Bufala Meals are well prepared, and better presented. A Lot of little intermediate appetizers where served. Wine list is dencent, and we did choice an italian blanc, Pio di Cesare Chardonnay, and a crémant d'alsace rosé brut. The did present their petite patisserie, a must ina starrred.

5/10Some good and bad dishes - Super salty chicken - to the point of non edible Service didn't follow, we say it's salty, they just say nothing, take back the full plate : no excuse, no way to change that dish.. A mistake happens, but just not taking responsibilities for a 150 euros dish is like non acceptable... - Early appetizers : big lack of creativity. The bread was very good, so jsut putting bread as early apetizers would suffice.

4/10Ambiance felt like I was at a High School Dance, 6 staff watching at all times. Felt like I could barely talk without staff listening in. Food was overrated and overpriced. I paid $600 to get diarrhea…
