9.5/10The cuisine was excellent, the service exemplary, and the setting breathtakingly beautiful. However, I would like to offer a constructive critique regarding the music selection. It felt incongruous with the sophisticated ambiance and high caliber of the restaurant, resembling more of a disco atmosphere rather than complementing the dining experience.

8.5/10Very spacious lovely restaurant. First part seemed very quiet but the area at the back was better but music could be a bit louder in my opinion. Excellent service provided by the friendly staff at the bar and table.

6/10Service was chaotic, inattentive, ignored our feedback to the tough (!) tenderlion / beef fillet. Few guests -not busy at all. Starter garlic shrimp was good, Kais salad disappointed die to almost no sauce. Worst and most expensive dinner we had in Lisbon yet.

10/10Food was delicious, service was excellent, ambience fantastic, great little find. We read the last negative reviews and to be honest we have no idea why they are there! The restaurant manager ordered us a taxi and we were truly looked after. Beautiful building. Thank you so much :)

6.5/10Food Was pretty cold when served. Wine Was served very late - we almost finished eating before Wine Was served. They mixed up taxi’s with us and anorher family - which resulted in an angry taxi driver.

10/10Very good restaurant, nice setting, great staff. Sorry from the Fork that I clicked on a 50% off table but that didn't happen. But my Tuna was missed because of a new menu in their system so we had to wait a bit longer, got an apology and free of charges tuna meal. Excellent service.

4/10Its very nice restaurant but it was quite cold inside. We ordered vegetarian curry and fish dish. Instead of vegetarian they brought shrimp curry and the fish dish was almost cold. Then they changed the curry for vegetarian version but we couldnt eat at the same time because they had to cook it. The portions are very small for the price and the little bottle of water costs 4 EUR. In the end they made a mistake and included extra water bottle in the bill. They waiters are nice to you but in the end the restaurant is not leaving you with the good impression and I would never go there without 50% promotion prices.

5.5/10I booked a table for 15 people for a corporate event in our company. An important condition was that everyone should sit together, for this reason we chose this restaurant. But when we arrived, it turned out that they had prepared 2 separate tables nearby for us. This, of course, did not suit us, but the manager insisted that they have such a rule and they cannot seat more than 10 people at one table. Even if this is so, they should have warned about this in advance and we would have chosen another restaurant. We are very disappointed, the manager did not even try to help us and was very unpleasant. I do not recommend this restaurant as they can let you down at a crucial moment.

5/10Kais is a wonderous place to have a meal. That being said, there were many issues. 1. We were sat in the night club area rather than the main restaurant. We could not even see our food next to the lights. 2. The hostess was not impressed by us and scoffed at us on our way in. 3. The staff was pushy rushing our orders. 4. The food was passable. Amazing risotto, but the toughest veal I've ever had. We asked for medium rare and with the butter knife provided we couldn't even cut it. 5. The food runner took a plate with 1/4 of our food left on it without asking. 6. We were served a bill with items we did not order. This was corrected eventually. Overall I expected much more in terms of service, professionalism, and food quality. Again, beautiful to look at but that is not enough for me or my partner.

5.5/10The View from the Restaurant was very nice and also the waiter was friendly. The starters were okay, but the entrecôte we had as a main was very bad, it was was chewy, and tasted sour.

2/10We waited 3 hours for our food, multiple orders were wrong, we had to ask multiple times for water, many people got up and left the restaurant. I’m not sure what is going on but I would not recommend coming here at all.

10/10Great find. Gorgeous food. Beautiful view of the marina. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed our evening. If we had to make one criticism it would be to add some cushions to the sofas - we would probably still be there if they did that!!

6.5/10The service was very good and the people were very nice, but the food really disappointed us. The vegetarian option was just bad. It was some cooked quinoa with vegetables. No flavor and very boring. I did not even finish it. My boyfriend had fish which was very tough and too salty. Won't be going back here, eventhough the room is beautiful. Don't go here if you're vegetarian!

5/10Food was mediocre, my octopus was drenched in oil and the tabling of the dishes was haphazard and not deserving of the pricing. The menu was printed on paper. The only thing i liked was the mashed potato side. Waiters were not attentive at all and it was very cold in the restaurant several people were in jackets.

6.5/10Very beautiful place. Food is correct, big + for the dessert. Place was noisy surely because of a birthday event. Service can be improved : a bit too fast (almost no time between starter, main plate and dessert) and it was very difficult to get the waiters'attention.

9.5/10The food was top shelf without any hesitation. Every thing we ate was perfect. And the presentation was really nice. It seemed like the front of house was not at the same level as the kitchen - from the hosts to the wait staff to the managers on the floor. Not bad, but not as flawless as the food. Maybe post-pandemic shortages? (October 2022)

3/10The food quality was quite disappointing. The fries were soft, the fish was too salty and not quite done, and the shrimp was overcooked. Despite half the restaurant being empty, the host wouldn't allow us to sit on the lounge sofa chairs. Not going back and not recommending to friends.

5.5/10Fantastic location, really beautiful setting. But the service was really bad. No attention for the customers. Looked like they are not so good organized. One of the starters was not fresh (burrata), we asked for a coke but there were no bubbels inside…. A pitty because the location is really great.

7.5/10The food was really good! As a starter we had Gazpacho and the Nachos with Guacamole. Well prepared fresh and tasty food. As a main course we had the Shrimp Salad, the Filet Mignon, the Hamburger and the Burrata with Tomatoes. Again compliments for the kitchen as it was very well prepared and tasty food at a fantastic location! There are two recommendations for the staff of Kais. First is that it took very long before our drinks were served - wine and cocktails and that we had to ask 3 times for a steak knife after the filet mignon was served … the meat was getting cold! Second is that the door manager was more busy with her IPhone and FaceTime then with her team and customers. She should observe and help the team to make it a great experience at a great location
