5/10The staff was smiling until I mentioned I booked through the fork. Immediately the smile went away and from that moment on it was just basic politeness. Food was ok. Chicken Biryani wasn't the best I've had. Veggie samosas were quite disappointing. Portions were quite small and I don't think the actual price is worth it (without a 50% off from the fork).

2/10Pathetic restaurant. Treated us like we are eating food for free as we used fork discount. They made us order two main course forcefully because we use fork and then they also didn’t give lentils with one main course. Upon asking they said that they only give one lentil with two main course when we use fork. Nothing like this is mentioned on the fork and they gave us cold and uncooked chicken tikka as well. Pathetic service for indians/asians. They were treating english/european people like gods.

4/10The place was ok but cannot say I recommend it. It’s very nice that they have full allergy information on the menu and the staff seemed relatively nice, although they refused to serve tap water. The quality of the food wasn’t great, and the size of the dishes also not satisfactory, but my main issue with the place was that they overcharged us. For both dishes we ordered they charged us 1/1.5 euros more than the price on the menu, and they added 0.5 euros to the total. Will not go back.

6.5/10We booked to get a 30% discount.. And it was applied as expected only to the dishes "a la carte" (we also ordered a menu which was excluded from the discount) , but a dish more was added to the final bill (to cover the discount maybe?) it was something already included in the ordered menu. We realized that too much later. BTW the Food was quite good

5/10When you go through fork, they do not serve complimentary papad. The dishes are just chicken dipped in tomato purees... all gravies taste the same. Not a place to visit.

2/10We booked with the fork. Road all the way across Amsterdam. Reservation was for 22:30. When we arrived the manager asked table for 2? I promptly responded we have a reservation with the fork. "He then responded and said your 5 minutes to late (we arrived at 22:35). On the Fork you could make a reservation for 23:00 and even later. He was clearly lying and you should not go here, its just not a great option and there are so many other better places.

8/10I don’t understand why the restaurants mention a discount and behave weirdly with you when they have offer discount. They act as if you are here to offer free food. Come on guys you are offering a promo to walk in & then you act weird!! God Bless you!!

7.5/10It was fine overall, however, it felt like when we said that our booking was thorough the fork, the waiter became unfriendly and he was less attentive than he was towards other guests. Whilst the food was fine, I would not go back due to the service.

5.5/10It seemed a lot of the food was ready made and just heated up, both of us had upset stomachs later after eating here. The curries were nice but the others such as samosa etc were not fresh

3/10We ordered 3 different dishes, but the taste of the 3 was exactly the same even their color was same and all 3 tasted like they just had tomato puree in them and nothing else. It was only sour taste.

3/10Booked with a discount that the restaurant did not acknowledge. The staff started making up extra rules (besides those actually mentioned by TheFork: all food except menus and drinks) at the time of payment. They even told me to read the fine print in the booking, to which I showed them the email, and made them read the fine print where none of their made-up extra rules were mentioned. To no avail: they kept denying the evidence. But that's not all: the manager even had the courage to mention that the same happened in the past with other customers, which confirms that this is something they try to do regularly (you can read about it in other past reviews as well...)

5.5/10The food was very good! The service not really, they did not wanted to do the 50% discount by the fork, secondly in front of us a couple arrived to get the table with the fork and they refused to accommodate. If you don’t want to accept the 50% discount then just cancel the program instead of treating very badly the clients. Just a note: there was a elder gentleman who was very nice and kind with us.. but the younger guy very rude, with an attitude that never had to face in a restaurant. He invented new rules in order to not provide us the 50% discount. After a while and arguing we had to take an extra dish to get the 50%. Not recommended at all.. maybe as takeaway just because the food was really tasty.

8/10Nice Indian restaurant with reasonable prices and even better when there is deal on The Fork. Chana daal, Jalfrezi Paneed and Spinach/Mint Parath was Yum! Decent quantities. The only comment is - if The Fork deal requires main meals ordred mandatory for kids too then it needs to be specified.

10/10I found this wonderful restaurant on ‘The fork’, I am Italian and I wanted to try a different cuisine and this restaurant has fully satisfied me !! Super welcome, really great and super kind service! Really delicious food. You can breathe a lot of tranquillity and everyone is very friendly! Super recommended!

9.5/10It’s our second time visiting this restaurant. The advice was excellent, food was beautiful. Really enjoyed the butter chicken and madras. The only minor issue was that the restaurant forgot we booked through the fork and did not apply the discount but all was sorted once we reminded them. We would absolutely return, especially with the deal of 50% off through the fork website.

8/10Small restaurant, friendly staff, no 0% alcohol beer available, no on tap beer either. 50% wasn’t applied on bill, had to ask for it. Had a very informative chat with waiter, very friendly guy.

10/10Family dinner with teenage children. Great menu with an abundance of choice. Excellent food. Gluten free and Vegan options. Great meal in a quiet spot in busy central Amsterdam. Great find. Recommend.
