9.5/10I went here with my girlfriend on Valentines day. The buffet was 11€ more expensive p.p (it was 38€ but normally 27€) and the drinks were 5€ each. Which is on the more expensive side.

9/10Very nice ambiance, very friendly and helpful service. We were a party of 8 and opted for the à la carte menu, soups, starters, mains and some dessert. Very good food. We had a lovely time

6/10Fried rice with chicken and fried noodles were very greasy. Duck with rice was very good. Service was polite, but on the slow side. They could have emptied the ashtrays outside. They were overflowing with cigarettes.

7/10We actually didn't eat there because when we arrived it was so noisy and messy I couldn't stand to stay there. My bad for not realising this has become a sort of buffet place, I remembered it from when I was a kid and it was completely different, I should have checked. But so it can be great (food looked tasty, staff seemed nice) if you're looking for fast, very laid back dining and don't mind the noise. But it's not a comfy sit down restaurant, in my opinion.

2/10This restaurant has become a mediocre self service buffet, with low quality food, poorly presented. It really looks like a place for bus tourists, that will never come again anyway. Tables and menu cards are sticky, the staff is merely there to clear the tables and not to pay attention to the clients. Only positive thing to mention: a terrasse and garden at the back. Clearly a place to avoid!!!!

6/10Once glorious now a restaurant that needs te be refurbished. Buffet was good, acceptable, some dishes were cold. Dimsums were great and surprisingly there were oysters. Desserts very top quality, tiramisu in different styles.

6.5/10The place it’s a kitsch but the food is good; nothing extraordinary but good. Service on the other hand is very poor.... on a terrasse half full they need 20 minutes to bring a bottle of water and another five for glasses after I asked for... On top of everything you have to queue tp pay because they have something to talk about ... and they are expensive.

About this restaurant
ON THE WATERLOO ROADWAY in Uccle, "La cité du Dragon" is aptly named. The garden itself spreads over 3000 square meters, concealing footbridges and other hidden passages in the vegetation. A WATER GARDEN borders the restaurant. Inside, you will find original woodwork, bright canopies and valuable antiques. THE CARD is up to the institution and is able to treat any amateur or expert in Asian cuisine.
