10/10Lovely service and super creative plating! Food was of course delicious! Why did we ever pay for overpriced Michelin star meals in Milan in the past, I don’t know! This meal was so super yummy and really good value for money…. The complimentary breads at the beginning of the meal were so delicious especially when paired with the lemon butter. Do not try to diet here, it is not possible! Every dish was so lovingly prepared and perfectly seasoned, we finished every single morsel!

10/10The restaurant food is very exquisite and tasty. The food was very well presented. We eat with eyes and mouth. The Cheff was very friendly and we have a great last night at Milano.

10/10We chose this restaurant because we wanted to eat seafood. The antipasti, primi and secondi are innovative, meaning they are not the standard traditional seafood dishes that one gets in many Italian restaurants. In the dishes we ordered, the clams, tuna and scallops were paired with ingredients that one finds in Japanese cooking. I like it when a chef tries to create something that goes beyond the tired old formulas. Every dish was bursting with flavor. The wine list is excellent and includes reasonably priced wines of high quality. Our waitress recommended a red wine from Valle d’Aosta (Les Cretes) which turned out to be very good. The desserts - well, difficult to choose because they all sounded great. We chose a dark chocolate mousse which was consumed in 10 seconds. I recommend this restaurant for couples, families, friends.

7.5/10Mar'e' is a nice, little and quiet restaurant very close to Milan's city centre, few hundred meters off the Duomo Square. As the name hints, it specialises in fish and seafood, although it serves also some meat-based dishes. The cuisine is innovative and sophisticated, with interesting combinations of ingredients and flavours, coupling quality food and well-crafted presentation. The setting is modern and pleasant without being striking and the service is of an acceptable level, at par with the restaurant, but not particularly warm and attentive. Recommended to those who relish fish and seafood. Prices tend to be on the high-end but are justified by the quality of the cuisine and are balanced by the The Fork discount.

10/10Very relaxed dinner . Great service. Innovative food including an interesting and very good indeed version of seafood risotto. One large calming dinner space. Not an extensive wine list but we found a really great wine on it. Very strongly recommended .

6/10From the beginning the vibe was off. Food was good especially the fried seafood but when we asked if we can take away our leftovers and bread, the waitress had to ask and only let us take the food. It’s weird. Never been treated like that at a restaurant before. What are they going to do with our bread anyway? Idk makes me not wanna come back

10/10We decided to try this restaurant which was tucked away and hidden and we’re so glad we did. The service was impeccable and the food was absolutely hands down- SUPERB! Highly recommend not just for the excellent food but the welcoming and friendly staff along with the cozy ambiance.

4.5/10Overpriced and definitely not so tasty. The food was ok, but not worth the price. And for ok we could go somewhere else. The staff ( older man) was not friendly and constantly sighting when we try to order something. We had the feeling that we were not welcome there. I would rather go to a cheap, but friendly restaurant than to do this again. The menu could have been better. I imagine there are nicer and tastier fishrestaurants in Milan.

9.5/10Fabulous find for fish!! Pescatarians won’t be disappointed by the menu. Many creative dishes from the sea. Loved the fact that it is clearly a local place, as we were the only non-Italians there (good news— all the staff spoke English very well). Setting is very sophisticated without trying too hard. My only comment…use the beautiful rechargeable lights that you had on the shelves on the tables to dim the overhead lights to add additional ambiance.
