10/10I was very nervous about not speaking Italian but the staff all spoke excellent English. I did not choose any menu items myself but trusted the staff to pick out a four course meal for me and I was not disappointed! I did the same for one selections and the 2006 Amarone and twice cooked duck was the best pairing I’ve had in a very long time.

10/10The whole experience was a such an amazing night altogether. It was my wife’s bd and we really enjoyed our night in all aspects. Food was out of this world, suprising my wife with a sparking candle was a grwat gesture as well. Thank you to the place for making our nifht special.

4/10Not quite a 5-star experience. Seating area was too cold to eat comfortably. Staff was kind and generous, but we didn't know who was in charge - too many persons serving. Food was very well presented as expected from a Michelin-star restaurant, but the tastes were not that inspiring, fatty, and in some cases a disappointment (ie: Crepe Suzette was very bitter). Sorry - but we expected more especially for the price point.

10/10I had my 24th birthday here and I did not tell them before, but they prepared me a surprise with fireworks and dessert and Happy Birthday Song with handsome staffs! I also use -€50 vouchers here and there is no table fee although the service is really nice!! I love here!

10/10Such a special restaurant….we really enjoyed every aspect of the dinner. The view is amazing, the food is elegant delicious, the service is comparable to the finest restaurants anywhere ( including Paris). If you are looking for a special place, or just a great dinner, we would highly recommend. Between the two of us we enjoyed the pate, gazpacho, gnochi, steak, and soufflés for dessert. Delicious, gracious, accommodating and yet comfortable. This is not a stuffy restaurant ( my husband did not bring a sport coat, but there was no question about appropriate dress, or even a raised eyebrow. ). We look forward to returning ( God willing) when we are next in Rome.

5.5/10It is too expensive for what it offers. The view i guess is nicd, but maybe its better if you go during the day to be able to enjoy it. We chose the a la carte option, then when we went they told us that we have to order at least two courses, and the minimum charge is 110 euro per person.

10/10We booked this restaurant for our wedding anniversary as we always like to celebrate somewhere special and it did not disappoint! From the moment we stepped in we were treated as if we were royalty. Our servers were so attentive and caring, the food was out of this world and the setting is beautiful. We would highly recommend this restaurant. A******

7.5/10A view there is just amazing: you see the Vatican with its Basilica, you are right next to the Villa Borghese's park (or rather kind of on top of it, to be precise), you see the sunset... So, it's just amazing. However, the food is just ok. It's like not bad, but not 180 euro per person for the tasting menu (which it costs there), as there is really nothing special. Some dishes consist of some parts which just do not fit together, I would say. In some Micheline restaurants it may also "look" like parts do not fit together, but then you taste them and it's just fantastic. Here you taste them and understand that no, they really don't fit together. It's like one ingredient completely overwhelms the other one and you just don't feel it. Or some ingredients just feel cheap and not right for that dish, etc. It's hard to describe exactly, but it's really just not the Micheline star experience (I know, this restaurant doesn't have a star and now I kind of understand why). But in general it's not bad. Staff is quite friendly, but I would say not professional enough. For example, I was paying the bill (which was 433 euro) and she mentioned that there service is not included. Ok, I wanted to leave them around 30 euro tips and she said: ah, yeah, you know, it will be a separate payment then. Ok, it's fine (a bit weird though). So I paid the bill itself, she's asking again, how much I want to give tips, I say 30 and now suddenly she's: "oh, you know, but the minimum payment is 50. You can also give it cash". But I don't have cash... Then she's like: "ok, do you want to give 50 then?" Which is kind of all quite not professional and puts me into a weird position, I would say. So I would recommend going there only because of the view, but order something small. Or rather just go to their bar, which is one level above, so the view is even better there, I would expect.

10/10This is an exceptional restaurant - with great attention to detail, amazing views and spectacular food. We went for a romantic dinner and we were delighted with the experience. All of the dishes we ordered were exceptional - from preparation to presentation to taste. We had a table on the balcony and enjoyed the sun setting over ancient Rome. There is an extensive wine list and a very good sommelier to help you select something to compliment your meal.

9.5/10An excellent place ! Thoroughly recommended . The food was excellent , just the right amount and an excellent fusion of traditional and modern Italian food with Asian cuisine. We were just the two of us and we were there to celebrate a birthday which we informed the restaurant about it when we booked and also upon arrival . We were told there was a surprise for us . We heard happy birthday being sang by the excellent in-house performer a few times and a small cake with candle was delivered to the celebrating tables but sadly never for us :(. Perhaps it was because we didn’t order sweet?? Also our table was not well positioned , right next to their serving bench. We felt we were in the way. However the excellent food, ambiance , amazing views of Rome at sunset more than made up for it . Very pricey but was expected given the place and well worth it. Would go again and ask for a specific table outside at the balcony/ terrace.

7.5/10Mixed feelings about this restaurant. We were well received and got almost the best table outdoors. The views at sunset are amazing. The price fixe menu is pricy for the food quality and only serves to guarantee a minimum spend per guest. The food was very good but not remotely to justify the price of 110€ euro for a starter and one main dish. Add 35$ for dessert.

10/10My new husband and I had the most amazing time there! The food was amazing! The views were absolutely stunning! The service was phenomenal I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was! I would 100% recommend this! Just know it is expensive, worth it, but expensive, and the service charge has to be cash, so bring enough cash. Other than that truly an absolutely amazing experience!!

9/10A lovely restaurant! Our waiter was beyond excellent the best!! Also, many other wait staff served us - about 4 others!! Definitely a place to dine when you wish to feel special! It was our first full day in Rome and we were celebrating Father’s day after seeing the Pope at the noon Angelus. Very pricey, but we felt like royalty and the view of the Vatican was breathless! Even better, our 3 grown children paid for their Dad’s meal for Father’s day!

9.5/10Usually. Restaurant with fantastic city views lacks good food and service. We ( 4 of frequent global travelers) were pleasantly surprised. From start to finish, we enjoyed warm greetings, friendly services, great platings/presentation, delicious food and wonderful wine selection. Its not a cheap meal but we believe it’s totally worth the experience. Last but not least, they paid attention to our special request and it’s obviously noted by the team. Only minor note was to verify your check. Errors were made but quickly resolved. Non issue. We visit Rome before. We will be back to this exceptional establishment definitely. Yes. Highly recommend for special occasions or just have a great time with the loved ones. This is better than Aroma, overall, in my opinion.

9/10We had to change the table because it was in a very weird angle with the view of where the condiments were outside with waiters constantly passing by. My friend got so stressed by this (yes this is an issue for some people) that he had to go to splash water on his face. I asked to move table and I had to ask 3 different people because the two first didn’t come back to me even if there was quite a few tables available. We luckily did move and the other table was amazing, truly perfect. We did have to ask for the wine ourselves many times because the waiters were not very attentive and it was too far from our table to do it ourselves. We even had to ask for the menus in the beginning which was very weird. The last waiter we had was so sweet and had a huge smile all the time so I wish I asked for his name so I could brag about him. The restaurant was beautiful, the music was beautiful but I wish the service was better, this is fine dining after all! Also the welcome lady is very condescending so I was awkward coming in. This aside, food was nice but going to places like this it’s the whole experience not just the food.

6/10We have ventured into many Michelin restaurants, so we have a reasonable idea of what to expect. Mirabelle is certainly beautiful and the host was very hospitable upon arrival. The menu itself is a bit odd in that it's not quite sets of prix fixe options, nor is it alla carte. It's a sort of hybrid that we both found to be awkward and artificially limiting. Most dishes have a spiciness to it that is unexpected for the usual tame Italian cuisine - something I enjoyed but my date did not. The highlight of the night was the pea soup. It was possibly the best I've ever had. Besides that one dish, we felt the tartare was fine but not impressive. There was an initial offering of 2 small bread sticks and an associated commentary about them that left us chuckling. The waiter did forget our final course and only understood we were waiting an unreasonable time when she asked what we would like for dessert and only got confused looks back. They rushed an order but, honestly, it was too late for a good impression as we were already tired of waiting. There was also a minor issue with their credit card machine, but it happens to the best of us. All-in-all, we had a nice night but we didn't feel it was, comparatively, worth $300.

10/10The view of Rome cannot be matched. It is lovely at night in March, but I look forward to going back on a Summer evening to see the fading light of sunset over the city. The food is absolutely wonderful and the service is Michelin-star quality — correct and attentive in all respects, but also quite friendly.

5/10The overall experience did not live up to a Michelin star expectation. Service was not always attentive and food left seriously wanting in some cases. Especially the scallops, which were undercooked. Best part was desserts and the sommelier, who was great.

5/10Not to mention the food didn’t live up with our expectations, the service was not well received. We were the first guests arrived at the restaurant but we didn’t have anyone came to explain the menu nor our waiter came to take our order until we asked for it. The restaurant was not busy at all and there were a lot of empty tables with a view. When we asked to seat with a view , the host said the restaurant was fully booked and all the seats had already been assigned; however, I later on found the host was able to accommodate the other guests with the same request. I’m not sure why we weren’t receiving the same treatment as the others. When we left the restaurant the tables with a view were still empty. Yelp’s has only given three stars for this restaurant,
