5.5/10The sushi had way more rice than it had fish. they use mayo instead of cream cheese in some dishes, which cancels the fish flavor. The salmon was okay, but the tuna was far from fresh (it was brown). The price-quality ratio was very poor, since it is an average-expensive place for a not so good quality. It gives a very bad impression of a such well evaluated establishment, for someone who is used to eat good quality and fresh sushi in cheaper places - almost 10€ for 6 pieces that had tons of rice and a lot of pink mayo on top is not desirable.

10/10The food was excellent, and the waitress was superb. Highly advisable. We had already tried other Miss Sushi's and loved the food, but this one has turned into our favourite.

9.5/10The food was delicious and the portions just about right. Our waiter, Maria, was adorable and took really good care of us. I always like going to the chain of Miss Sushi restaurants, but this one in Santa Anna square has a special flair. Highly recommend it.

10/10Loved it. I was in Madrid on my own and I wanted to eat Sushi. Had a very late dinner. Everything was impeccable. Enjoyed totally and I will be happy to go back. Thank you

5/10Unfortunately Miss Sushi Santa Ana was very disappointing. Our reservation was for 20:00 so we were one of the first guests of the evening. The waitress was very polite, however, she did not speak any English ( in a very Touristy area) and she was the ONLY employee we saw for a while. I ordered a Gin and Club drink and was told after 10 minutes they did not have any Gin. (Via a translator app) We ordered our appetizers and entrees, one of the appetizers came out before the meal, however, the second appetizer did not arrive until the end of the meal. The sushi was very disappointing, there was not a sushi bar in the restaurant, the sushi was prepared in the kitchen. It did not appear freshly made, the sushi rice was cold as though the rolls were pre made and placed in a refrigerated area. Overall it was very a disappointing experience. And I received a “No Show” email from THE FORK. So the waitress did not even check us in at the restaurant.

5.5/10I have never had such a bad experience with waitstaff. We felt extremely rushed and the waitresses almost made me cry. They looked miserable and we felt so uncomfortable the entire time. Unacceptable

4/10We selected Miss Sushi as it has a unique feel. Though not japanese, the cerviche was good. The maki rolls were very disappointing. Service was slow while the place wasn't busy.

8.5/10Delicious food. Very good value. The venue is not to my taste, too pink and chintzy, but that matters not. The service needs much improvement. Also, don’t allow me to book a table at 8pm only to arrive and have to wait 15 minutes for the restaurant to open (and be shooter away by a waitress telling me to come back later!)

6.5/10We ate here for lunch and it was delicious so we booked for dinner. The sushi was presented well and the service was good but the quality of the food was terrible.
