7/10The first time i went to Nikkei the food was phenomenal, it was worth the price. Because of that experience i decided to book at Nikkei again to celebrate our anniversary, but this time the food was different than before, the quality was less for the same price or even more expensive (understandable, inflation after COVID). I was disappointed because i wanted to share the authentic jap-peruvian fusion with my partner who got to taste it for the first time and i was let down....

10/10Stunning sushi in a lovely setting but the highlight for me was the tiradito. I have never tasted anything as complex and subtle. This restaurant is a must visit.

10/10The food is super good, specially the udon noodles and the nikkei103 uramakis! The service was fantastic since I crossed the door until I left. I'd recommend it to anyone.

9/10A bit noisy for a romantic evening. Food was great, successful fusion of peruvian and japanese gastronomy. Staff is very friendly, it was our first time so we asked for platters recommendation. Recommendations were on point. Price quality ratio is quite acceptable. Would definitely try new platters next time.

9.5/10Super welcoming staff, great food (the portion can be a bit small for guys), just a bizarre gender-inclusive washroom with translucent doors. I'd definitely come back again and try other menus. The menu del dia is such a delight!

4/10Honestly we found the food to terrible and canceled our order after the first 2 uramaki. Worse than supermarket sushi. The Pisco sours were awesome though and the waiter and manager accepted that we didn’t want anything else without making a fuss.

10/10Very nice restaurant and delicious food, Im peruvian and the food felt very close to what I can get back home. The drinks were also great, especially the pisco sour.

2/10Worst experience we’ve had in a while. I asked for some appetizers (because our food was taking so long) and the answer I got from the waiter: I have nothing to give to you for free. (I hadn’t even asked to get anything for free). They told us the food was going to be ready soon but we got to finish our wine before we started eating. When we got to try the food, we found it dissappointing and not at all worth paying what it costs so we cancelled the other dishes we ordered. I do not reccomend this restaurant and will never come back of course.

9.5/10It was great! Try the acevichado makis. I was apprehensive at first but then I tried it and it was great. They also changed some of the menu because my wife was allergic to shellfish.

5/10It is not the first time I have been in this restaurant and I took a good friend of mine who didn't know the place and its cuisine. The thing i most loved was the wagyu but on this occasion it had nothing to do with the one I tried months ago. Also the rest of the dishes were not up to the standard I remembered apart from Urumaki which was really delicious

6.5/10Insider menu - aperitif was great. Starters (wagyu + ceviche) tasty. Main courses not that great. The chicken dish was the best of both but way too salty. The langostinos dish was utterly disgusting. The mentioned desserts were not available and we had to deal with apple pie and strawberry ice cream. After great presentations of the previous the desserts were just a massive joke. Plus the flavors completely stupid compared to the previous dishes... not recommended.

6.5/10It was not a bad restaurant but taken the level of pricing into account it was mediocre. The dishes were quite small. If you were hungry you would be ruined. Only one wine was served per glas - are you kidding me? No selection! The room of the lower part was not too charming. There are better restaurants in Barcelona at lower costs.

8.5/10The food is impressive. Ceviche sushi is interesting. All the hot dishes we ordered are flavorful. The only thing needs to improve is soy source. It is too salty. However, very minimum service. The waiter is very slow to take order. The final bill with 20% off is very reasonable. Dont get scared away by the low yelp review.
