8.5/10Try to avoid the "white fish", which can be found in the traditional combo. It was quite hard and a bit stringy, with not a good taste, I could barely swallow it. On the other hand, the salmon and tuna were extremely good, tasty and tender. The tuna temaki and salmon with pesto were so nice. I loved every sushi bite except for the white fish ones. I would however not go without the 50% off. With the discount, the price was just right.

6/10I've booked New Years' menu for 4 people, one person is celiac and needs gluten-free menu, we contacted the place in advance to make sure it's possible and I was assured it was, however after arriving in the New Year's Eve, while being sited, we were told that there is no gluten-free option available, it was really a huge disappointment taking into consideration that it would be hard to find a new place at this time. We end up having one person starving and looking at us eating, as she was kind enough to ignore the fact that there was no food for her. There was not a single 'My apologies' from the staff, not mentioning a free drink or whatsoever to recompensate the issue. Other than that, the food was goodish, if we wouldn't have this special request confirmed, and no one with dietary restrictions, it would probably be a nice evening.

8/10We went there to lunch and there was nobody to receive us at the ground floor so we had to go up the stairs to find someone to guide us to our table. It was a bit noisy due to the group tables near us but we could talk, though had to be a little louder than normal. Food was good, we asked for a Combinado, which came with all that smoke effect, and a noodle plate, along with the matcha lemonade and a homemade iced tea. All in all it was a good experience, maybe nicer for groups, not so much for two people who want to chat calmly.

6.5/10The service and ambience are very good. The pieces of the menu (all you can eat) not so much. The tuna and the white fish don't have the expected quality for the price you pay. And the fusion pieces are very limited and not very tasty. To be fair, and in comparison to the rest, the salmon is pretty good.

7/10When arriving at the door downstairs there is no one to greet you and or take you to your seat. We walked upstairs and stood around with no on making eye contact or acknowledging us. The food as always is great and never disappoints us. We love the food, but the service unfortunately needs to improve as the waitress didn't even know what kinds of beer or drinks are on the menu. She wasn't as helpful about the food and wasn't able to make suggestions or give advice as she didn't know.

4/10Terrible restaurant, we did not get our discount, stupid and dumpiest waiters. We we arrived we take that table was booked by the Fork, he said yes, and after 1 h without any reason they canceled our reservation. Very bad experience , never come back , for 2 person they charged 89 euro

10/10I loved it , my friends loved it. Very nice delicious food, good portions. I think it was the best i had in Portugal ( i had been to many in/out of Portugal before) we order the usual nan bread, papadums,1 starter and 3 main dish, 5 drinks. Paid 16euros each instead of 20euros. Very good quality for price, even better with the fork discount. I will definitely return with or without the discount. Thank you for the lovely dinner and super friendly service,

9/10Really good food. Got the TheFork -50% off discount, which made this an excellent choice considering the price, but it would still be a good place to eat without. Great sushi, great tempura, friendly staff and overall a rather enjoyable family outing.

9.5/10We always go to Arigato for sushi. The value for money is excellent: good food, good service. The decor is good. Maybe it could be slightly more cozy, but it doesn't really matter. Highly recommend visiting this place.

10/10Everything was good! We ordered sushi, yasoba and poke and everything was really fresh and flavorful, i would recommend all of them! We also ordered the líchia sangria which was 10/10. All the staff was really nice and helpful.
