7.5/10The food was really good & pleased everyone with traditional Roman fare. Wine list extensive. We had reservations for which they called & confirmed with us but we had to wait about 10 minutes or so to be seated. Once we were served the waiters were friendly & helpful.

9.5/10Ombience would get a 5 star if they dimmed the lights even a little. Overall a great experience and very reasonable.

10/10Friendly staff, expedient service and great food! Both children and adults liked the place and the kids wanted to go back! I had the sea food pasta and the Tiramisu, and also tasted the carbonara and the home made vanilla ice cream, all excellent! Highly recommended! Book in advance.

9.5/10The location is nice, a bit off the beaten path. The food was very good, interesting bruschetta with spinach and bacon. My only complaint was too-rapid service. We had not finished our starters before the main arrived.

10/10Despite extreme rush still as late as 10pm, the staff managed to serve us with care and precision. The food quality was superb and excellent value for the money. Location and atmosphere was nice and cozy being on a silent backroad just a step away from the crowded Via del Lavatore. Classy gesture from the staff offering a glass of prosecco for the ones waiting on line to get a table. Despite this hospitality, we would recommend to book beforehand. Highly recommended!

9.5/10A great find in the middle of all the tourist traps in the Trevi--Spanish Steps area. We went there two nights in a row. Once you find a good place you stick to it. Up a side street away from the noise below, the ambience is bustling but calm The menu is not extensive: it doesn't try to be all things to all people. But the food was delicious, The staff runs young and is very friendly and helpful. Mussels, fried artichoke, and pastas were all good.

10/10We made reservations at this restaurant for Easter dinner. The pasta was spectacular, as was the artichoke alla romana.

8/10Very nice food, felt a bit rushed, main arrived immediately after finishing starter. Not the relaxed Italian atmosphere you would expect.

10/10The food was good, a little over priced in our opinion. Not much choice for vegetarians.

4.5/10I booked a table for 6 well in advance following a recommendation. On arrival, they did not have a table ready in the restaurant and directed us to a room across the alley. After my protest, they squeezed two additional chairs onto a table of 4. I wish we gad walked away, as we were crammed in. Food was reasonable, although one dish was over salty The stand-out feature was the sullen attitude of the staff. Not a smile from any of them. This is in complete contrast to any of the numerous establishments we've visited in the 5 days in Rome. A disappointing experience.

10/10This restaurant was an excellent find!! We were wanting a local restaurant with excellent food and we were not denied. The bread was amazing, the house red wine was wonderful, the food…top notch. We had the arancio ravioli’s which were amazing and we all wanted seconds, the homemade pasta was to die for and the desserts…it was the best tiramisu I had in Italy!! This restaurant was busy so make sure you make a reservation. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was super helpful and friendly! We should have gone back here the entire time we were in Rome, but we wanted to try other places.

10/10Excellent service and amazing food at a reasonable price, especially for the location. Cooking is authentic, but they are also accomodating to foreigners (staff speaks English and menu has desciptions in English). We especially liked the carciofi alla romana.

9/10Excellent food, friendly staff, service a little hit and miss but all out right in the end. Would differently would revisit. As this is a small restaurant and very popular with the locals you should pre-book

8.5/10We had a lovely dinner with friends and would definitely go again. Located on a quite side street in the center of Rome, which was a huge bonus.
