2/10I was go for the pizza but it is too soggy. I cannot even hold the slice of pizza. The price was one of the big problem. I ordered a 14.5 euros pizza, a 5 euro happy hour drink. With 30% discount, I still need to pay 19.1 euro. The reason is I need to pay 4euro as a tips which mean over 20% of my order. I asked for a copy of receipt but it just have the total but not breakdown. I understood from Google it charge 10% but mine is 20%. Am I in US?

10/10I’ve always been conflicted about restaurants in Lisbon. They are I my opinion very hit or miss. This restaurant is a hit. We had the meat and cheese board some of the best I’ve ever had! And for our second purse we shared the seafood linguini which I have to say was the best I’ve ever had. And we are originally from Chicago! The service and the ambiance was top notch. I look forward to satisfying my Italian food craving here in the future !

10/10Such a great dinner!! Food was amazing and the service was even better! We stayed at the My Story Hotel and this affiliate restaurant provided a complimentary drink and discount on dinner. Excellent value! Highly recommend!

6.5/10The service overall was off - the hostess was unpleasant seating us, the waiter recommended their house wine and when I asked what the wine was he said “it’s a dry wine” and when I asked what type he said he didn’t know. A lot of little things. Food was also just okay.

10/10Omg. This restaurant was the highlight of our 12 nights in Portugal and all the restaurants we dined in. Great location, fabulous decor, exceptional hospitality and service, and the most delicious foods of our trip. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of our experience. If you are going to or in Lisbon, this is a must to put on your bucket list. Enjoy!

6.5/10So we were invisible for the waiters. We had to wait for at least someone to notice us and take our order. And the waiter forgot to bring the water (spoiler, he didn’t even put it into check), so we had to ask about water again. The food was overall ok. But the feeling of being abandoned in not very packed restaurant with a lot of waiters working there is super uncomfortable.

10/10Food was really good,I'm Italian from Modena and recognize good food.The service was great,Mahbubur,our waiter,took good care of us and even cought up to us outside to return a bag of chocolates that my wife forgot at the restaurant.Very nice!

9/10Food quality and ambience were very good and great location in the heart of the city centre. Areas for improvement- Service was slow for taking food order and the lighting is too bright. I did appreciate when my meal request was incorrect the staff made the change. When the bill came I pointed out that I shouldn’t be paying for a meal served after my party had completed eating. They took the bill back and put a 20% discount. That was appropriate and in future I would recommend this be a common practice without the patron having to request.

5/10Took quite a while for our order to be taken. Starter sharing board of prosciutto, pear, Parmesan and balsamic. Waitress said we should have the bread and olives starter as well as made sense with that sharing board. Not sure why as the combined starter was dry and unappetising and mostly uneaten. Partner ordered lasagna and I had carbonara. Partner sent hers back as was stone cold in the middle. Had a small pizza instead. My carbonara was ok but when I asked for pepper, I expected to have a pepper grinder brought over (it’s an “Italian restaurant” after all). Instead I got the salt and powdered pepper shaker brought over. Decor is nice but the lights are too bright for an evening meal/restaurant. Quite loud in there. I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend unless you just want a pizza.

10/10We celebrated Christmas here with our whole Airline Crew and wie loved it. The reservation process was super easy and heartful. The ambiance festive and warm. The service was super friendly and caring and the kitchen superb. Everyone was thrilled and happy. We couldn’t have wished for a nicer experience. As we had to work and couldn’t be home for Christmas, this was certainly the second best option. Highly recommended ***** Thank you 💫
