The service took an age; over an hour before the starters arrived after ordering. They didn’t get all the starters too. Got the drink order wrong as well. Left before main courses arrived because of poor service but mainly because one starter - a charcuterie platter - was sprinkled with nuts. No warning about that on the menu and given the person who ordered it has a serious nut allergy it was the final nail in the coffin of the dinner. Manager no where to be seen, despite asking repeatedly to speak to them. Staff said delay was because room service was more important. Appalling.

The service was excellent and the food was equally good too. We had a fish dish and it was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place to try it out if you are in Brussels.
