9/10The service and the food was fantastic. It was tiny, so the man directly behind, was a little…no…a lot loud but it was still a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend to any friends traveling to Amsterdam.

9.5/10Terrific central Asian food prepared with care. We had both Tandoori and Nepalese dishes that were excellent. Given the quantity and quality of the food, it is fairly priced. The ambience is that of a neighborhood restaurant - small, cozy and friendly service. Make reservations- it is popular!

10/10The food was delicious. The service is fast and friendly, I would especially like to single out the kindness of the girl Thalka (I hope it's spelled like this) who enchanted us with her kindness. Thank you. I recommend the Sherpa restaurant from ❤️ to everyone.🍀

10/10Amazing food, would highly recommend. Unassuming from the outside but well worth a visit. Wide range of choices...so we asked for a recommendation and were not disappointed. Reasonably priced for the location too. The team worked so hard, there were literally 2 of them working the floor but we were never left waiting for anything.

9/10The reviews did not let me down. The food choice was good and the quality and quantity matched the choice. We were served by a couple of different people who were both helpful and friendly. The experience was excellent. A great little restaurant and I will be recommending it to friends and will go again when I am in the area.

7.5/10We did a vegetarian combination dinner for two and it was very good with large servings. The dumpling starters were most unique. The mains were similar to our experience of Indian cuisine, with perhaps more coriander. It was good and we enjoyed it, We didn't go away hungry!

4/10The food wasn’t good, ordered several dishes and all overly sweet, even the naan was sweet for some odd reason. We are frequent Indian food eaters and this was one of the worst food experiences to date. The staff were friendly but not worth a visit given the low quality of the food.

9.5/10First try at Tibetan cuisine. Absolutely fantastic. Had the Gyacok for 2 people; A mix of meat, shrimps, Momos (steamed dumplings) and vegetables, served with basmati rice and thin noodles in a Tibetan steamer. Choice of spice levels (we went for medium). Well-worth the 20 minutes preparation time. We made a reservation a few weeks ago and our table was ready on time. Within 30 minutes there were maybe 20 people waiting in line outside (it was rainy!). A reservation is a must if you don’t want to wait. Decent wine list but we went for Cava Brut as we didn’t know what to expect. Service was efficient and friendly. On the downside, there is only one very small bathroom for each gender. Ambiance and decor are OK.

We really appreciated Goutm’s friendly and knowledgeable service and all the staff were fantastic, Excellent, authentic food, ice cold beer, nice wine list and lots of other friendly patrons. Walking distance to museums, shopping and great hotels….highly recommended!

9.5/10We really enjoyed this little Tibetan / Nepalese restaurant. We had to wait a while before we got our table, but it was more than worth the wait. Very good food and a really friendly staff made this a memorable evening in Amsterdam.

10/10This was such a great find! Cosy ambiance with good food & service. We had the Nepali Thali, Samosas and the mixed platter of Momos. The portions were quite big. It’s nice that you can choose your spice level.

10/10This was our first time as a family experiencing Tibetan cuisine and it was remarkable. The food was excellent, beginning with the Momos and on to the butter chicken and a minced lamb dish I can't remember the name of but won't soon forget. The Naan, both the garlic and butter were excellent as were the drinks, including a non-alcoholic mango creation that was incredible. The service was outstanding as our waiter guided us throughout the evening. We would strongly recommend this restaurant.

10/10Sherpa is a top rated restaurant for a reason. We felt welcome the moment we walked in and the food was exceptional, The lamb dish Kashu ko Masu was Epic! If your are in Amsterdam this is a must choice.

10/10A really good restaurant serving authentic Nepalese food. A wide ranging menu which offered good choice for vegetarians. Clean, calm and attractive interior and gentle, friendly staff. Excellent food at a fair price.
