A dos pasos del Paseo de Gràcia y de La Pedrera, en plena milla de oro del modernismo y el shopping, el nuevo y lujoso hotel The One realiza una apuesta firme por la gastronomía. Su restaurante, con acceso directo a la calle, combina tradición e innovación en platos como el arroz seco de gamba roja de Palamós, sepietas y calamarcitos, el suquet de pescadores o la espalda de cabrito de Aragón a baja temperatura. Platos que te hacen la boca agua con solo leerlos. El chef Miguel Muñoz cree en la dieta mediterránea, en los productos de primera calidad -con denominación de origen y de kilómetro cero- y en los sabores de toda la vida, intensos, sabrosos, memorables. Técnicas y presentaciones contemporáneas, de acuerdo. Pero nada de osadías ni de adornos innecesarios. Todo servido en un espacio sofisticado firmado por el prestigioso interiorista Jaime Beriestain.
