Il Ristorante “Symposium” vi invita a provare i suoi deliziosi piatti della tradizione italiana e regionale, in un ambiente informale e ospitale decorato con una combinazione di colori freschi e vivaci. Il nostro Executive Chef utilizza solo materie prime locali e di prima qualità , utilizzando la sua rinomata esperienza e creatività per preparare una vasta gamma di piatti, sia semplici che complessi, al fine di soddisfare tutti i gusti dei nostri ospiti. Gli ampi spazi sono perfetti per ospitare coffee break e tea break durante eventi aziendali che si svolgono presso l'adiacente “Roma Convention Center”, aperitivi, pasti leggeri, buffet, cene formali e feste private. Il ristorante può ospitare fino a 300 coperti per pranzi seduti e cene formali e 400 coperti per buffet "in piedi".
