3/10The lady that served us originally had very poor customer service skills pretty rude really. Then witnessed staff shouting at each other which wasn't great while you are eating. This lady then left and our second server another lady was definitely better. Food wasn't great. Pasta was very under cooked and the pizza base very soggy. The eating area was cold even with heaters on. Really wouldn't recommend eating here.

7.5/10Expected to he sitting at table near harbour but instead got put in a gazebo away from harbour with view of road. Food choice was limited and not as expected from reviews. Staff friendly and welcoming.

2.5/10We chose Terrazza Ravello due to its location and it was rated about 200 out of 8000 Barcelona restaurants. We were looking for good value food, nothing too grand. The location was a disappointment with their terrace facing the road not the marina. But we'd have been happy if the food was good. It was simply awful. I started with tempura stuffed zucchini flowers. They were greasy, and all you could taste was very average provolone cheese. I really struggled to find any zucchini. My wife had tuna tartare which was in big chunks and tasteless. Bu the mains were the worst. I had spaghetti carbonara which was close to inedible. The eggs yoke in the carbonara was like scrambled egg and the bits of pancetta were like soggy very fatty, undercooked bacon. My wife's pizza was only a tad better - virtually no cheese and we asked for a garden salad which looked like it was about a week old. When the waiter saw our mains were virtually untouched he did offer us a free drink but all we wanted to do was get out of there. Honestly the worst restaurant I've ever been to, with the service about the only thing that wasn't awful.

10/10The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive. And were very patient with my poor attempt at speaking to them in Spanish during our visit! The food was exactly what we needed, fresh and tasty and all for a reasonable price. We can highly recommend this restaurant.

7/10The restaurant is located in great place. We entered and were seated. After selecting our meals the waiters came and mistakenly asked us when do we planned to leave, since they are under pressure of many customers (even though there were more empty tables than bust tables). Then, she understood she made a mistake and asked us to excuse her. The meals were OK but not as described by other reviews. For desert we asked for pistachio ice cream. They probably ran out of it, so we received unidentified flavor with salted pistachios and a lot of whip cream above it. Again, we were reminded that the restaurant is under high pressure of customers and we are asked to finish the food and leave.

10/10This is a fantastic place. I went there with my girlfriend, we ate very well and the staff (especially the principal) were very kind and supportive. When I’ll be back to Barcelona, I will definitely go back there. P.S. my girlfriend ordered some meat-based plates and I ordered some fish-based plates: it’s hard to find a restaurant which is able to give so many food chances and still have high quality standards. Well done guys

10/10A great place for a family meet up - nice location plenty of food choice for different tastes. Atmosphere was buzzy. The service was excellent. All the staff were really helpful efficient. The guy who is front of house was fantastic he took great care of one of our party without question , immediately recognising a need and was absolutely super supportive- very very impressed and grateful. 10/10At first I was disappointed because the terrace does not look over the harbour but the staff were so friendly, the food so good and the atmosphere so relaxing that I quickly forgot my first impression. Highly recommend it.

2/10I found this restaurant after having done a research on the internet, I live in Barcelona so I wanted to discover another good restaurant. The welcoming and service overall was good, but very overpriced for a pizza, also the quality was not good. In Barcelona there are many better places for a good pizza.
