10/10I would say that really gave me a positive impression from the moment I opened the door. A courteous man came and showed us to the table in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The waiters were kind and meticoulous. A diverse menu with local dishes was an interesting proposal, though we were delighted with just one. Deserves going back for tasting the rest of the menu!. Great choice.

7.5/10Great food and ambience, a bit slow service - but maybe because it was Saturday night.

8/10Very nice typical Belgian restaurant to go for business or with friend. The food is good and the prices are also typical for the city. I would recommend it.

8/10Lively spot with more dinners enjoying the nice weather than the nice decor. Great example of a Brussels brasserie with many traditional dishes including mussels which we had. Helpful and friendly staff. Can highly recommend it.

5/10I visited this restaurant pre covid and the choice of mussels was very extensive. This time, the choice was minimal. I had croquettes de crevette as an entree but it was just mushy with no taste. Main course if Carbonnade was tasty and a good portion. Quite expensive in my opinion.

3/10So overpriced! Food was very average but prices and portion size did not reflect this at all. We were shocked with the low quality of the food compared to how much they charge for everything.

4/10We were so disappointed by this place. And the service was fine (not really good, not really bad, but ok). The location is nice with the outdoor seating looking out into the little square. But it's basically like one of those overpriced tourist restaurants where the food is very basic and bland yet everything is still very expensive because of the location. We had 3 appetisers, 3 entrees and a bottle of wine. Everything was just bad. So so bad, completely flavourless and way overpriced. We left and ordered more food at another restaurant in the Rue Saint-Boniface area. Go over there instead. Don't waste your time here if you want any flavour or value for money.

6.5/10Classic Belgian brasserie, nice decor, friendly staff. Food is on average, like other similar places. Overall ok. The entrecôte was a bit disappointing tough.

8/10Good wine, good food, but the service could be improved. Unfortunately, female server #1 didn't seem that interested in serving us. Female server #2 helped but forgot to put our order in for 15-20min - but she did push our order through eventually. The ambience on a WED night was lively and the decor makes you feel like you're in a traditional establishment.

6.5/10Not the best moules I’ve had, and the music didn’t fit the environment at all. But the service was good, and the location is nice as well. Will not return.

10/10It is a classic Belgian brasserie with excellent food and good wines. The atmosphere in winter or summer is charming and lively. It is also well positioned in the centre of Brussels and the heart of Ixelles.

Fernand Cocqplein, 1050, Ixelles, Belgium
