8.5/10Lovely restaurant with excellent service. We moved tables as we were in a small section at the front with a loud table, but they were happy to move us to a quieter area. Everything can be done on your mobile which is fast but maybe a little too modern for me. The only thing I found a little annoying was the minimum order on so many dishes. I would almost prefer them to be a set number at a set price, but that's just me.

7.5/10So the concept of this restaurant doesn’t really work. The ordering happens through the webpage and then the staff bring your order to your table which is fine for food but for wine they weigh the bottle and leave it at your table. The food was nice and the staff are willing to adapt the menu, but then the payment has to happen via a payment terminal which kind of makes the webpage useless. Also none of this is described in the restaurant description and the staff didn’t speak English so the communication around these issues was very difficult. If they got rid of the gimmicky webpage ordering, I’d gladly come back.

9/10Extremely friendly staff, good food and lively environment. A bit strange how they "weigh" the amount of alcohol you consume and then charge you accordingly. But otherwise, an interesting night out with innovative and tasty dishes.

3/10Not a good experience. The concept is very confusing. You have to enter your name on a computer to enter the restaurant. Despite our reservation on the fork, they asked us if I had receives my code (I had to). I had to scan another qr code and register to get the menu (only one phone for all of us). You order on the phone and they come serve you (why not just take my order while you're here?). They came to confirm they'd received my order, but it was incorrect as I had ordered more than they claimed. The lady had to manually change it on her ipad. They charge wine by the glass through a complicated calculation by the gram, glass and bottle - unnecessarily complicated for 2 glasses of wine! On top of that, you eat on cheap garden furniture on which they glued a woodborad, and plastic chairs. The decor could be nice but the concept is just too faffy for overpiced tacos! We don't recommend.

4/10Went there with my friends few week ago. Very disappointing, the service was slow and the food we order wasn't bring in the table all together so few of us were waiting long time before eat, the way are serving the wine just ridiculous.. Food was nothing special and we tried a bit everything, just nice presentation. The ambient is nice but the service must to improve. I will suggest just for an aperitivo u cannot have dinner in there.

7.5/10I don't really get the hype. I wouldn't pay full price for it. The wine was expensive compared to other places. The food was tasty though but it's not really a quick straight forward ordering system on your phone. I think it's a cool concept for a one off dinner with friends but I wouldn't return in a hurry.

4/10You want two things from a restaurant - good food and to be looked after. Welkhome delivers on neither. The latter is no fault of the staff - the greeter at least was friendly. But once you’ve sat down, people disappear - to be replaced by an app. To be fair, this is Welkhome’s gimmick. But if staring at your phone, trying to figure out how to order, is their idea of a great substitute for service, then it kind of feels like they’ve misunderstood what a restaurant IS. Once our order has made it through the ether to the kitchen, a man appears with a trolley of drinks. He then weighs them. Which he’ll do again at the end of our meal - in order to charge us for the difference. Throughout this performance he says nothing - and endeavours never to meet our eye. Then the food arrives. It’s not terrible. But is not good. And if there’s no service, then the food better be good. Hey ho. Maybe we’re just too old. But as a restaurant experience, this was bizarrely impersonal and pointless.

4.5/10I just don't think this is a good place to eat at all. Over priced, overuse and misuse of technology, and not a comfortable atmosphere at all. Just another disappointing trendy place in Madrid. My suggestion: just go somewhere else.

9.5/10The food was delicious and different to the typical dishes you'd find in restaurants, and the staff was very friendly. Although the ordering system (through the phone) took a minute to get used to, it was very efficient. We had a great time.

7/10The quality and the presentation of the food was very OK. A bit overpriced but we enjoyed our meals. The ambiance and the service (for instance saying that we only have 2 hours for eating) could be improved. No english was spoken.

10/10Wow, what a wonderful experience. They use a rather hi-tech menu system and with a barcode that is specific to your table you get the menu and order your food and drink. I don’t speak Spanish but there were pictures of everything. That’s what’s so amazing - I tried 6 different items and each was like a flavor bomb in your mouth. Many of them were served on spoons where a delightful delicacy is artistically placed ready for you to devour. They also had several gourmet sandwiches (the one I had might have been the greatest I ever had). The menu is diverse and between the 3 of us, the 6 items left us quite full. The desert (brownie) was truly divine - it was also quite beautiful. They have a wonderfully whimsical dining room and the staff is delightful. If you like interesting, complex, creative food, then you must give this one a try.
