8.5/10+4I really enjoyed the experience. Combining it with the narrative that is the owners life made it a really interesting touch. There were a lot of flavour in the dishes. Some of them were outright flavor explosions that had quite intense flavors, but they were early on in the tasting menu. My pallet became less sensitive as the menu progressed and saving them for later would likely have given a more stable stream of new impressions and flavors for me; at least for me, personally. The wine pairing has been one of the best one I have tried and it was a pleasure to experience how the pairing interacted with the food. I would recommend the experience.

10/10+3This is our second time at this restaurant. We had the full taster menu with wine pairing, which was sublime. Every course gave us surprise after surprise with textures & tastes to enjoy. Tiago, our waiter, was amazing. Highly recommend anyone to come & try this experience.

8/10Food was a pleasant surprise at every turn (course). Mgmt apologized on our way out about experience ruining conduct of 8 drunk and rowdy Scandis. Well, instead you could have cut them off. I bet it would have been memorable in a really positive way any other night.

10/10This was an 'experience' dinner. The wait staff was super fun, the dinner was delicious and I would recommend for the experience if nothing else. It's not really Portuguese food however it was delicious and each dish came with a story.

10/10My family and I had the most wonderful experience at 100 Maneiras. It was fine dining that didn't take itself too seriously, but did take our enjoyment vey seriously. It was lovely, yet non-pretentious. The food was exquisite - I'm still thinking about some of the things we ate. The service was exceptional, surprising, and had a sense of humor. Overall 10 of 10.

6.5/10Interesting story, very nice bread, the dishes are too salty to our taste, also on the heavy side, too big portion and rusty compared to other star restaurants.

10/10We had a great experience at the restaurant and both food and drinks are worth the investment. The story behind the menu and the head chef’s inspiration defines fine dining at its best. Definitely a spot we would recommend if you want to experience a special lunch or dinner. Also, do not worry about language, their excellent team covers all European main languages:-)

10/10Great restaurant for long, romantic and gourmet evenings. All dishes were excellent, well prezented and professionally served. Maybe I would speed up a bit all that process. We have taken the full menu and Our dinner lasted from 19:00 till 23:10! - so prepare to spend quite a time there. Overall experience - great

5.5/10Food was okay, but not amazing. Wines were good but the dishes too experimental. When leaving the restaurant our bellies felt upset because of all the different flavours. You pay a lot of money for the food, but we left with a double feeling. Service and ambiance were great! Maybe it’s not my go to kitchen style. But we expected more from a Michelin star restaurant. We also went to EPUR in Lissabon and if I’m perfectly honest, I would recommend that more than here. But credits to the sommelier and staff they were great!

10/10It’s a great restaurant and concept. We had the 17 moments with matching wine. It was great! The staff were very nice and professional But it’s still 17 dishes and it took us almost 5 hours. Keep that in mind. We really enjoyed our evening.

6.5/10The food experience started before the wine selection was made. The wine list is huge and not practical to manage on your hands. Can’t even put it down on the table. The waiters did not explain what composed the menu or where the wines by the glass were. Incidentally, the price of wine by the glass is nowhere in the menu, nor were we informed during dinner. (We also didn’t ask). The fact that we do not know what we will be eating, because it wasn’t sent to us beforehand and because it wasn’t explained at the beginning of the meal, does not facilitate the choice of wine or what we are having for dinner. A lot of emphasis was placed on the menus that were shared beforehand via email as if we had homework to do and we missed it. The starter dishes are for eating with your hands and many of them get your fingers dirty and you are not given wipes with all of them. You spend most of dinner with dirty fingers. The dishes are not great and didn’t demand a comeback. Also lack of towels in the bathroom to dry your hands.

10/10We arrived quite late so we got the “o conto” menu with wine pairing and what an excellent trip I shall say ! Expensive one but such a really worth experience, those that you gotta do at least once in a lifetime. The sommelier is an excellent story teller and the staff is indeed kind and very professional fully of care and attentions to provide you with the best experience.
