210 Grammi is a would-be fancy restaurant where appearance is more important than service and quality. The grumpy old waiter is clearly thinking more about his retirement than his clients. Light is harsh, music is nervous, interior is pseudo design. The catch of the day, a mackerel, was prepared so salty that I had to drink two bottles of water afterwards to quench my thirst. Not worthy to figure in The Fork’s top ten.

We started with carpaccio and moved onto tagliata & filet, accompanied by a Donnafugata Nero D’Avola. For sides, a delicious tomato salad with capers & olives + a potato & spinach cake. To finish (and digest), Vecchio Amaro del Capo. The tagliata was good but the filet is NOT what we think of as filet; it was gristly and chewy. Service was excellent!

Almost 2hours waiting on the table to get a pasta . Worst experience in Sicilia so far

Everything is amazing in this restaurant. The lobster pasta with Bottarga is a must try!

Had high expectations which were disappointed. The seafood platter for 2 was served without the chef's mayonnaise...when we asked, they brought some packets of ketchup and mayonnaise. Crazy. The steak was supposed to be medium but was cold and raw in the middle so sent the dish back to be recooked. it came back without the salad garnish. Honestly, a very poor meal with poor service.

The pastas were amazing and the shellfish starter plentiful and fresh!

We came at 6:35, for a 6:30 reservation, and they said we can come back to be seated in 10-15 min, but the kitchen works from 7pm. Suggestion - do not take 6:30 reservations... We came back at 7:05 to an empty restaurant, a rude waiter, the fact they had none of the wines we wanted available, and not so much as complimentary coffee as an apology. We had our meal - an appetizer to share, a main to share (which was frowned upon by the waiter), and two desserts, with a bottle of wine, they did have available. We had a lovely time and a great dinner. The food is truly excellent and the prices are very good the qulaity.

Top quality food at a reasonable price! Nothing of what we ordered let us down. Good portion sizes, you won’t leave feeling hungry. Super recommended!

Recommended by our hotel nearby. Restaurant had nice vibe upon arrival but downhill after that! We were only non residents. Had to scan barcode for menu then translate to English.

They didn’t really want us there. Disinterested, rude, abrupt responses and service. Food was just barely ok. When the server brought our pastas she rattled off the names quickly and then just stood there. We’d read mixed reviews and we had just arrived so we went with it since it was close and easy. Big mistake! Vending machine food would have been more pleasant.
