10/10Wonderful from start to finish! Really enjoyed the blindfolded appetizer experience, a oscuras - dejate soprender. Truly unique. Entrees were excellent (short rib and octopus), red fruit dessert was delicious with surprising elements. Great view, nice ambience, attentive service, great wine list. Highly recommend. For this type of experience, it was very reasonably priced.

10/10Elvis, our server & the manager, was so helpful & knowledgeable about the wine & food on the menu. Additionally, he was friends with the chef & server we met at the Madrid eatery we dined at the night before. What a delightful coincidence.

3.5/10The food was very slow to come out. The food was not good for the price. Purchased the tomahawk steak cooked at medium and it was too chewy. The chicken with bones was cut up and I constantly had to spit out small bones. The octopus was okay-not good not bad. This restaurant is not worth the price!!

8/10The staff is definitely very polite and fun. A high menu and wine knowledge. Also, the view and the atmosphere it’s definitely an “plus”. Ironically, the food i’s not the best. It’s just a normal food and overrated. i.e.: you may go to have some fun and eat something, but if you’re looking for a good food, that’s not the place.

10/10This restaurant is an upscale place inside the Hyatt, Gran Vía. The fusion cuisine was excellent. We shared the Entrecote and was prepared to perfection. The beet appetizer and the "Margariteño" were refreshing and elegant. Service was very nice. I really recommend this lovely place. Great view of Gean Via.

10/10Definitely go there hungry because their full brunch is not only ver good but super generous in terns of portions, coffee, juice, etc. We enjoyed every bite and service was on point. Totally recommendable

10/10Amazing restaurant with fantastic views. The waitress was very gently and great explanation for what wine we should drink with the food. The price was about 110 euros for 2 persons.

8.5/10Very good food... tasty and it looks really nice. The only problem is that we had a resevation and when we arrived, we had to wait for them to set the table although the restaurant was only 1/3 full.

5/10Too expensive for what is served. Understaffed and inefficient service routine, although individually taken waiters were trying their best. The decors is neitheir upscale nor enticing. Would not return.
