3/10The food was typical French fare not done well. I had the confit of duck and the meat was not sourced well and the meat was tough and stringy. The owner seems unaware that the food he serves is not up to standard The people next to us complained about the steak and the waitress said “ this is how it is done in France. It is in a very touristy area near the Eiffel Tower and I would not recommend it.

10/10Loved this gem. Great food, interesting wine and excellent service. Owner chatted with us for a while and made nice recommendations about both wine and food. Traditional French restaurant in a lovely and welcoming setting.

9.5/10Small restaurant, friendly quick service and lovely French bistro style food. Duck confit was delicious as was the salad for starter with seasonal vegetables and a basil dressing! We would definitely go back. Merci!

10/10It was my 2nd time here in the last 3 months and I don't live in Paris! I was back in town and wanted to bring my girlfriend. Excellent escargot, faux gras, bread, duck leg, lamb stew and you MUST get the French toast for dessert!!

8.5/10Charming small restaurant in the heart of the VIIth. Service was wonderful - charming waitress, excellent English. Food very good - it is more of a neighborhood bistro. Have eaten here episodically for several years and will come again.

10/10We loved this small traditional French restaurant! Both our hotel and Rick Steve's travel guide recommended it and they were spot on. The staff were very friendly. The chef came out and answered our questions about escargot, even sharing how his family prepared it as a kid. We both had their delicious beef stew, plus a nice glass of red wine recommended by the owner. Highly recommended.

10/10A little gem in a very touristy area. Traditional French cuisine done right. My husband had the poached egg in wine and had “ a moment”. My boar stew was succulent and delicious. And both our desserts- were worth raving about. Be sure to make a reservation on a Saturday night as he maitre de was turning people away.

10/10The atmosphere was typically French. The restaurant is very small so booking is a must but the owners were so lovely and inviting. Food was amazing, we had the duck and the prawn linguine, both were amazing. Wine list was compact but so many amazing options. When I visit Paris in the future I will be returning to this lovely restaurant.

10/10We were a large group and this was one of the only places that would accommodate us. Let's be honest, Paris is full of great little places but our group rated this as one of, if not the best meal we ate. The food was delicious, we asked for a wine suggestion and it could not have been better. We all agreed the ambience and feeling of comfort was wonderful. Thanks!

5.5/10Old fashioned food, good. But out of step with today. Two overwhelmingly servers, I think both were owners but neither had any social skills such as smiles and or basic welcoming comments. It was convenient but we will not return.

10/10We loved this restaurant. It was our favorite place we ate in Paris. I had the duck confit and my wife had a rice dish with saffron and prawns. Both were superb. If you’re looking for a place to go in Paris, I highly recommend this restaurant.

7/10We had high expectations after reading the reviews. Unfortunately we were dissapointed with a few meals. The pate for starters was more like corned beef. The beef bourguignon was a little bland. However the steak and duck were nice. Lovely home run business, just not quite fear we’d hoped for

10/10Had read the reviews and thought we’d give this restaurant a try. It was our first night in Paris for many years and it felt good to be back in a small and authentic feeling restaurant. Delicious food and attentive service and we were pleased to find that many of the other customers were French (was slightly concerned it would all be English speaking!). Definitely worth a visit and the salad starter and cheese were particularly delicious.

9.5/10We finally found a Parisian restaurant that served authentic, rustic food. The food was great, the price point was even better. The small restaurant served up one of the best culinary experiences in Paris. Definitely recommend. Can't match the value.

10/10This small bistro was so lovely and intimate. My husband and three young daughters all very much enjoyed our meals. The chef came out to see how we were doing twice and the waiter very much cared about meeting our needs. A beautiful gem of a restaurant in Paris.
