I found this restaurant to celebrate Christmas. It is a small restaurant with many tables and chairs that give barely enough room to sit which is not uncommon. I get this. A chef comes twice and scolds us because we don’t know French customs of ordering properly, a male server brings food and shows unpleasant look as he tries to move things out of the way to place his plate. It is a small table already. A girl staff was pleasant and polite though. Overall experience was terrible and I would not recommend going here. Food was okay. I advise that they focus on service rather than criticizing the customers after all the customers come to eat not to be lectured.

9.5/10A small but characteristic restaurant with really nice décor. The dishes are generous and delicious, and the wine was also very good. The young waiter speaks good English, so it was easy to communicate. Special mention goes to what I believe to be the owner (not the chef): he doesn't smile much, which could be mistaken for a lack of hospitality, but he proved to be very attentive and helpful! Recommended restaurant with fair prices considering the location!

We found this gem earlier in the year and make it a point to visit whenever we are in Paris. It’s a short walk from where we stay on Rue Cler. The fixed price menu is a great value with wonderful and varied choices. It’s a traditional French restaurant with fantastic French Onion soup and Beef bourguignon is wonderful. The 6 of us all enjoyed our meals. It is so cozy and old world feeling. The chef has come out to greet us and the staff is nice.

10/10The staff and the chef were very helpful and made a gluten free meal without making any fuss for one of our party . It is a lovely little restaurant that is obviously loved by the chef, the staff and the people dining there !!

+1We love this small intimate restaurant, we ate here twice while in Paris, the last time was out last night in Paris. Service is prompt, friendly and personable. Limited menu has excellent choices, house wine paired well with the food. The beef stew is excellent, oysters and snails delicious. Every thing on the menu is freshly prepared, perfectly seasoned and delicious. We intend to return every time we are in Paris.

+1We love this small restaurant in the 7th. Service great, served with a smile. Great staff, food excellent. Joy, our server, was a pleasure to meet. My wife had the chicken done perfectly. Boris bout on cocotte was excellent. We have eaten here on several occasions when in Paris and intend to return often. Excellent service and food…

10/10Delicious food and wine and lovely setting for our group of 3 work colleagues. Very minor down side was it was a warm night and so pretty hot inside- a couple more fans would have been great.

6/10The food was delicious, and the sauces divine. We experienced 2 waiters. One shamed me for not drinking wine with my meal (I cannot drink alcohol, but this explanation did not appease him.) The other waiter openly ignored our signals and was openly hostile by the end of the payment. Americans and recovering alcoholics should be forewarned,

Very cordially reception. I got a nice table with view of the street. The menu is varied. I had the foie gras (duck) which was great (but was served with baguette and not with toast as the menu said). The skate dish was nice but lacked a bit of salt. It was served very warm (which is great) and the sauce was very good when salted. I like that they have pitchers of several wines.

9.5/10Was referred to me by a Parisian, and certainly didn’t disappoint. Really good vibe, with lovely service. Food was also really nice. Only thing that could have been improved was I felt the courses came out too quickly after each other. At no point were we rushed, though. Otherwise excellent!

10/10Lovely spot near the Eiffel Tower. Service and food was excellent. Very rustic french. I had the Beef Bourguignon and my daughter had the Roast Chicken. Warm chocolate cake for dessert. Delicious! I would definitely return for another meal. As the restaurant is quite small, I highly suggest reservations.
