Beautifully decorated restaurant in the heart of Cascais. Very friendly service, albeit largely in English (or Mandarin!) only. Food good but not great - and all dishes came lukewarm to the table..

Great food. reminds me of Macau and Hong Kong. staff are very nice, but they have some problems with efficiency and organisation. we could see that the staff was doing their best but need more organisation. sympathy of the staff and great food made me not give a bad review. hope this issues get solved fast. it would be a shame that a organisation and leadership would be the reason to close such a nice space.

Surely it is the very best Chinese restaurant in Portugal. The dim sum is made at the restaurant, they are fresh and tasty. Every dish we ate was all delicious.

We tried when the restaurant opened and it was good. Today, the food was poor, fried rice (dry and tasteless) and sweet and sour fish (greasy). Maybe, they changed chef. It’s a pity as the atmosphere is nice.

Nice place. stylish inside. discouraged from eating outside as it would 'be cold', seemed an odd thing to say in late August, but it seems as though they just didn't want to service those tables in the evening as none were laid for service. However inside is really beautiful. Food was good Cantonese

We’re residents in Cascais, but this was a first time visit for us all to this restaurant and we were extremely pleased with it all! We’ve travelled LOTS in china and Hong Kong so were a little wary of trying 88, but the food was really excellent…we’ll definitely go back!

Really lovely restaurant and attentive staff. The bao and sweet and sour pork and saffron rice were lovely. Duck was fine but not amazing, i would get more dim sum next time. But overall nice dining experience and a lot of food for the price!

Super fancy in the center of Cascais. The prices are very good. The food is very good (definitely recommend their first soup). And all the staff is amazing. Really really enjoyed my visit and will for sure come again

The dim sum in this place is delicious. We were a group of five and the staff bent over backwards (including making a fresh lemonade) to accommodate us. They were exceptionally attentive. We ordered quite a lot from the menu and it did not disappoint. Very tasty and very generous portions. The noise level was perfect as our group could easily converse. The price for five people was reasonable considering the sheer volume of food we ordered. Our friends who live here said they are looking forward to returning and bringing other friends. If you like Cantonese food, this is the place in Cascais to go. Thank you for a lovely birthday meal.

I booked this as it looked high end and the decor, seating and tableware is very good. The menu lacked choice and was laid out poorly as well as of low budget appearance. The service is impeccable and overall, the place is worth a visit. However, my evening was spoilt by a table of six loud, hideous Americans who loved the sound of their own voices. I ate up and left sadly.

Very good customer service. Food was good but not exceptional. Vegetal spring rolls were cold in the middle and the onion pancakes were unremarkable. Main dishes Singapore noodles were fine but would have liked more spice and my husband’s dish was tasty but beef was tough. The decor was superb and the seating was attractively set up for privacy.
