10/10In adoption to perfect location ( near one of the nicest view of sassi Matera) and delicious food, the service was impeccable and the staff amazing.

10/10Ristorante Taccardi has made it into my personal top 5 list of best restaurant I've ever been at. Everything was impeccable from hospitaloty of the owner, to the service, excellent food, to the delicious homemade desert. We will definitely be back!

10/10Absolutely amazing, we tried a local wine, the ricotta appetizer , lamb and orecchiette followed by desert and homemade lemoncello and meloncello Can’t say enough about the service, atmosphere and food. 5+ stars in my book

10/10I actually chose the restaurant because of its location near my hostel. And I did not regret it! At the entrance you meet the owner himself who kindly greets you and servs you the dishes. I enjoyed that real mediterranean food and had a nice talk to signore Toccardi and his wife. They make their pasta by themselves and you taste is. By the way: the price for a menu is a pretty good deal! Grazie mille alla famiglia Toccardi!

8/10We have followed the recommendations and had dinner at 900 Casa Taccardi. The dishes were well prepared, and service well handled. We could have hoped for a more originality in the taste and presentation. In particular the pana cotta was not at the level expected (hard - and the chocolate was not home made).

9/10This restaurant was a great find on the perimeter of the Sassi. Food was lovely, abundant and reasonably priced. The ambience was contemporary and relaxing. Wasn't crowded. The service was a tad slow given there weren't many diners at the time.

10/10Our meal at 900 Ristorante Casa Taccardi was wonderful. The owner was very personable and made us feel at home. We asked him to prepare his choices for us to get a real taste of Puglia, and we were not disappointed. Everything was wonderful. He told us that his father started the restaurant and that his family produced most of the ingredients on their own farm. We loved our experience in his restaurant. And the young lady who served our table was great too.

10/10Beautifully clean restaurant with superb dishes—cavatelli, eggplant ravioli, gnocchi with clams, others. Extremely friendly and capable surface. Would return anytime We are in Matera!

10/10The food here is fabulous! From the bowl of roasted legumes to the appetizer and through the segundi, everything was perfect! The place is small so I recommend a reservation as it filled up shortly after we arrived at 7:30/19:30
