10/10The food was all incredible and soo tasty! Would be nice to know what is a good amount for a table (depending on numbers) but it was all delicious. The service was incredibly fast and friendly. The concept was explained clearly and the food came out at great times. Would 10000% come back and recommend

5/10The food was decent but I fail to see why it's a Michelin favorite. The hotate scallops in sesame were good, as was the salmon gin. The surf and turf roll was okay. Mama's dumplings were pretty good, along with the singapore prawns. The siu mai was alright, but the szechuan soft shell crab was offputting. The szechuan peppercorns overpowered the crab. Service was a bit slow because they were extremely crowded. Wheni lt came time to pay, I askes the server to add 5% but he added 10% twice. I finally had to do the math for them.

10/10+4Went for dinner on our first night in the city and loved it so much... we booked again for the following evening! Every item on the menu we ordered was delicious.. talented sushi chefs! I would highly recommend if you're in Amsterdam any night of the week! looking forward to going back!! thanks again !!

10/10Very fast and attentive staff, the food line up with minimal gaps, and the taste... the salmon used... I don't think what I eat elsewhere will qualify as sushi anymore! It could be less noisy - but that's with most of the restaurants one goes to in Amsterdam- people talk loud at the tables :)

8/10We had a reservation so they seated us immediately (6:30pm). The restaurant is high energy and tight, but I didn't find it too much so. The service was very good, though we felt it was a little rushed and didn't quite give us as much time to enjoy the meal as we would have liked (we were out in less than an hour). The food was very good. We loved the Duck Pancakes and the dumplings. We did find that the tempura sushi rolls were too salty (probably because the tempura batter was salty) and would have benefited from a drizzle of a sweet sauce like eel sauce to counter it. But everything was fresh and great looking.

7/10The food was amazing! However, the restaurant was too crowded and service was not good. Some tables need to be removed for a better experience. You literally had to turn sideways to get through the restaurant. A lady two tables over had a very hot dish spilled in her lap as the server was trying to place it on the table. They quickly brought her a new dish (it was there before she returned from the restroom cleaning herself). We were brought a dish that was not ours. We let them know and it was quickly removed and delivered to the correct table. After waiting for quite some time, we inquired about our dishes. They said we had not ordered anything else. We informed them that we had and they said they would get it out quickly. We cancelled one of the rolls because by that point we weren’t really hungry anymore. They got the order out quickly after that and it was excellent. The food here was great but they definitely have kinks to work out with service and ambiance.

10/10It is the third time we are dining there in the past 5 years. The level of food and service is only getting better. We let the waiter make our reservation and it always proves to be the best method.

7/10It was my second time there. The food is really well prepared, but the waiters are very annoying. You must go there only to eat, because if you want to just talk for 5 minutes without food or new drinks, it’s impossible. They’re constantly pressuring you to order more. This time I also felt a bit overwhelmed by the smell of burning coals and smoke from the rechauds (I think)… it was very strong, even farther from the kitchen where we were seated. A pity!
